Clean and tidy.

Canada's most overpriced internet provider...I honestly don't know where to begin... it took these guys MONTHS longer that initially promised to get us set up, costing our business tens of thousands in lost revenue. We were promised our voip system would function seamlessly... we are 6 months in and still having issues communicating with our customers by phone. We have in fact just been offered a commercial grade, managed service that is 20 TIMES AS FAST AS TERAGO FOR 1/4 OF THE PRICE!! That is 100 times the value!! plus a quicker response time. Being a loyal customer, I reached out to Terago and shared my dilemma in hope of reasonable dialouge to discuss options to cancel early. They told me no negociation was possible and I'd be on the hook for the full $30,000 + remaining in the entire contract, when would you like us to disconnect the service?"By all means
