You have a manager named Elsa and I was trying to return some items that were unopened. She was rude and keeps cutting me off when I'm speaking. She needs to get trained on how to speak to customers respectfully.

No bags? No customer.Approached the cash juggling two dozen items only to find out the store has NO BAGS, NO REUSABLE BAGS (except 2 $5 cooler looking bags). Spent $120 on overpriced garbage and YOU CAN'T EVEN OFFER A BAG OR AT LEAST A REGULAR REUSABLE BAG?!?

The pharmacist was most helpful & understanding. It was clear she had a lot of duties on her hands at the time but took the time to offer advice . These staff need to be acknowledged for their hard work every day. Thankyou.

Average sized shoppers. Pharmacy is understaffed, so expect a good wait time for service. Sells perfumes, grocery, toys, and medicines. Frustratingly, their range of medical supplies is limited and overpriced for a giant drug store, with some common over-the-counter drugs costing twice as much as Costco. Still, their hours are good, so it’s helpful in a pinch.

I came here to pick up a prescription from the in store pharmacy and had the service desk tell me to wait 1 hour to pick up the prescription, came back in an hour they said it wasn't ready(after clear confirmation), came back later in night to find out that the prescription was off the counter.The staff here have continued to disappoint me but I thought I'd give them another chance today but once again their poor customer service has resulted in me wasting time and money during my 3 visits in one day.I live close by to this location so it's frustrating, overall if the staff improve their interest on their customers needs this can be a convenient place for your pharmaceutical needs.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy staff. The other reviews here are motivated, but accurate. The staff are disinterested, overworked (understandable), and rude. While waiting for my prescription this morning, I overheard the pharmacist carelessly refute any accountability or decision making by 3 different earnest requests from customers.People are anxious, they're sick, and they're unsure. This is why they go to the pharmacist for clarification or advice. It is expressly built into the job itself that the pharmacist provide advice and/or insight when prompted by a patient or customer. This is why, even at this location, a pharmacist will always take a moment to address a patient who has a question unrelated to a prescription being filled.It is clear, however, that the pharmacists at this location have lost the ability to be a conscientious first line of defence in the healthcare system. On more than one occasion, I've seen pharmacists here do as I've stated above; simply go through the motions of assisting a patient, all the while looking for every opportunity to speak over them abruptly and give some vague, non-descriptive, unhelpful response as if they were trained to.The assistants too require training, not least of which in empathy. As you may or may not gauge, many assistants in a pharmacy are not professionally educated as technicians"; they're "assistants" and are perfectly capable of doing a fine job completing both the administrative and filling portions of the pharmacy experience. Very large Shoppers Drug Mart. Well-stocked very clean and tidy. We did not use the pharmacy. Did use the Pharmacy today and not sure if they were just too busy or just too grumpy, Not sure. We we're in and out very quickly. Loads of parking here there is also a post office as in many other shoppers.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The staff are extremely rude and the wait times are the longest I’ve ever experienced. Every pharmacy I’ve been to the staff have told me to come back in 15 to half an hour this pharmacy needs 24 hours. Most of my medications are pre packaged. I also was being treated for infection and the pharmacist was incredibly rude to me talking over me when I was asking questions I transferred my file to Phillips pharmacy. The service is amazing

I think they should be open until at least 11:00pm. Because they start closing while your still in the store it’s very unprofessional, and actually kinda dangerous when they have the guy with the machine washing, or buffing the floor with that noisy machine. Not to mention that the pharmacist have actually said to myself and a numerous other customers no I can’t give you your prescription even though a text message was sent to my phone that it was ready. I BELIEVE THAT IF YOUR OPEN UNTIL 10:00 THEN AS LONG AS YOUR THERE 10- to 6 min before you should be able to get your prescription that is already sent in a text message that it is ready. The staff altho friendly most of the time, are different when it’s later. They tell you why don’t you go somewhere else, even though the reason why I go there is cause it’s 5 mins from my house. So I believe to solve this problem because every night after 9 o’clock there are at least /12 customers in the store. So they should add an extra hour or just be open 24 hours. I find the staff to act as if don’t want your business.
