Second time I pre ordered and told ready in 30 minutes, go to pick up 35 minutes later as I know from the past it's never ready on time and order only half done , had half my order sitting in paper bag for over 10 minutes while they fix their screw up on who ordered when, watched people come in with me and order their food then and get it before me. My one order of fish and chips were warm the other one that was put in bag when i paid for order and left waiting was not and to top it off my ketchup and vinegar was extremely hot from sitting underneath half my order in bag waiting for the rest of my order to be cooked. This is happening alot now think I will stick to thorold fish and chips, never had only part of my order ready there. Not very happy with food or service

Delicious! Loved the batter and crispiness was perfect. Very generous amount of fries. Will definitely be going back!

The fish if you want to call it was comparable to sawdust, dry, dry and dry. Fries were good, don't worry about the tarter sauce it's horrible. First and last time.

Whoever answers the phone learn some better customer service! You were not clear of the business i was even calling you are all mumbles, you didn't even let me finish asking my question before you hung up on me RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I have worked in the food industry most of my life and I would never answer the phone they way you did and i sure a hell would not hang up on a potential customer. Management should be ashamed at how they trained you and should really take some retraining programs, what they feel is acceptable customer service is disgusting! I will not be wasting my time with this establishment. Edit to add. St. Catharines location 235 Pelham Road. Called at 5:30pm June 26 2023

Incredible Fish & Chips. Crispy and fresh. Super fast kitchen and friendly staff. Parking lot is a little hard to get in and out. Do be careful. No WiFi. No Credit Card surcharge.

Been a while since my last order but we have been ordering from here for many years, and I understand the cost restraints on restaurants however I don't mind paying more for a quality product, this wasn't. Barely any batter on the fish, fries were undercooked and mushy. I ordered an hour early to pick up and still waited 20 minutes. Staff were friendly but I don't think I will be back.

Just had the fish and chips from the st Catharine's store. I will never return. The fish or lack there of was tasteless and 2/3 batter. The small gravey was lumpy and cold we had to heat it up only to find it tasted like canned gravy. The chips where put into the same fryer as the fish so the chips tasted more like fish them the fish did.

Got a Wednesday takeout special for $5.95 and omg, the portions were so big. Fish was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and the guy was very friendly. Best fish and chips in St. Catharines area.
