I've gone in twice and both times they were really friendly and helpful. The staff on the last visit were really welcoming and simply funny. Food was really healthy and tasty!

We order through Skip or UberEATS. We find the food is not consistent. My husband orders the same thing every time.The employees filling the orders need to pay closer attention to the order. The last time we ordered they put the hot peppers I ordered on my husband's also. Tonight I ordered red onions and he asked for grilled. We both got red. The fillings also need to be distributed better. I always find there's no protein in half of it.Take the few extra minutes to make the order specified.

I have ordered twice from your restaurant , in the last 2 days, both times were the same order 2 pitas and one choc banana smoothie via skipFirst order, the smoothie was replaced with a Milk 2 go bottle, I requested a refund it was processed.The second time the smoothie came half empty???? Why are you guys charging, 8.50 for this when its half empty, please do not offer it if you can't correctly fulfill it.Edit: the Smoothie tastes extremely watered down as well.

When I’ve been here in the past it’s been pretty good. The last 5-ish months they’ve been out of their chicken shawarma which has been disappointing.The staff that works here are very nice and friendly, but they need more help on during lunch hours. It gets busy and you can end up waiting 20-30 minutes. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush.It’s a particular hot day today (30°) and it’s hotter inside the restaurant. It was extremely uncomfortable standing around waiting, felt like they were blasting the heat. Can’t really blame it on the sun coming through the window, didn’t even feel like they had any A/C on at all to help. Not really fair to the employees to work in that heat all day, let alone have dine-in customers.They’re nice and generous with their toppings, so no issue there. But I don’t know if the heat was contributing to this or if they just didn’t change it out or if it was actually bad, but the romaine lettuce was very brown and wilted. So I opted for the iceberg lettuce even though I know I would have preferred romaine, but even the iceberg lettuce was a bit wilted. Kind of threw off the taste of the pita.Hoping this is a one off and hoping it will be just as good as I remembered it next time.

I’ve been to Pita pit twice now, both this location. The lady working there is very helpful, very good at her job and always makes an awesome pita that makes me wishing I got 2 instead of one. Looking forward to trying different items as I can only imagine they all taste amazing.

Devansh made an amazing recommendation for a wrap. Food was so fresh and very satisfying. I especially enjoyed the great service with a smile I received from Devansh!
