Max Advanced Brakes

I ordered brakes and pads all around for a Subaru, they are AMAZING quality and they came super fast! The customer service was 10/10 I highly recommend. This is my go to shop for all our vehicles now. Saved +$100 buying from them on Max Advance Breaks instead of the local car part dealers.

Ordered front brakes and rotors. First set made a horrible noise just after 6 months. Went and bought a different type of front brakes and rotors from Max brakes again and the rotors warped just after 6 months. Of course the warranty is only good for 6 months! What a joke. Listen to me and save your money. The product looks great, delivers fast but trust me they don't last ! Buy from a more trusted auto parts store or go with OEM.

He knowingly sends out the wrong parts that do not fit, even after you have gone through the process of confirming they fit for your vehicle on their website. He will blame everything on you and say it’s your fault to avoid issuing a return. DO NOT BUY!!!!! Awful seller and awful communication. I will never buy from this seller again. Customer Service is awful and they do everything they can to avoid fixing their mistake and issuing a refund/ return AVOID THIS SCAMMER!!!! WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!! I saw this vendor on amazon.I was attracted to the price and the quality they promoted. I moved forward ordered a total of 3 things that day. 3 different vendors . 1 st order arrived on time perfect. The second one as well. I am waiting on my 3rd which was from this vendor.When package did not arrive I began to investigate what was going on?I quickly realized they canceled my order and refunded my money.I never requested the cancelation at all. I was never made aware of this .So I was left without my order to find out on delivery date.I lost my job for not having transportation.All I am getting from this vendor is the run around. I would say stay away seek other options . Do not waste your time . Especially if you need something in a quick manner.100 % not reliable they had my email my number which they did not use to get any confirmation.

Purchased brakes and rotors. They sent me the wrong size rotor. Called them. The lady told me no they are the right size. I ordered 2013 civic lx automatic they sent me manual size rotors. An inch too small. A month later they pads destroyed. Contacted customer service. They refused to send me the correct part. Or even offer me a refund or a exchange on the rotors. 1800 they dont answer & the chat support refused to work w me. So im now disputing the charge. I have 3 vehicles and ive purchased from them before. And they wouldnt work with me at all. Disgusting service. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.. 1 star is too much for you.

Best rotors and breaks ever had. No rust no noise, very smooth breaking power. Front pads lasted 4 years so far and still have almost half pads. Blue pack, carbon metallic and the painted rotors. Definitely coming back for more.

Called them before ordering my rotors to make sure they fit and after they arrived I had my mechanic install them for me. The 2 back fit fine but the 2 front rotors were too small for my car.After contacting customer support for a refund for the front rotors, I was told I wasn’t eligible as they have been used even though they guaranteed they’d fit my vehicle. The only use was the mechanic installing them and then finding out they didn’t fit which costed me an extra charge for their time. I’d be careful ordering off their website if you have a vehicle with different front rotor sizes.UPDATE: They contacted me and issued me a refund as it was a manufacturing issue.

Ordering process was quick and easy. I looked up the parts I needed on Max Advanced Brakes website, make sure you get the right country as I kept getting directed to the US site, then called to place my order for pickup.Arrived at the office to pay, then went around the building to pickup. Transaction was processed without issue, keep in mind that they only accept cash or debit for pickup orders.I may try shipping next time, but being in the GTA, picking up my order did not take too long. Located next to the 404 hwy makes accessing their warehouse fairly easy.I will install this weekend and update how the fitment and quality are compared to other brands.
