We spent $60 dollars here this evening. Ordered at 8:28. We specifically asked about many of each cut there’d be, and We were told that in a 20 piece bucket, there’d be a minimum of 4 pieces of each cut, I.E; 4 drumsticks, 4 wings, 4 breasts, 4 ribs and 4 thighs. We requested extra wings and drumsticks instead of the thigh, and were told that wings were extra. We said that was fine, that if we could at least replace the Thigh with drumsticks that’d be okay. We were told that could be done if we gave them time. So we agreed, and waited easily an extra 25 minutes. Got our food and left, only to find there were 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 breasts, 4 ribs, and 9 thighs. Not only were we missing a piece, but we waited to essentially receive the complete opposite of what we requested. On top of that, there were a bunch of small petty things messed up; no mild sauce or ketchup, 7 instead of 8 plates, so on and so fourth. Overall, an incredibly frustrating experience considering how much spent. The cherry on top is that I attempted to call and figure it out, only to be completely ignored. Very disappointed, would recommend going to the highland location instead.

Extremely long wait times in drive thru even when it's not even busy. Expect to wait 20 minutes or more. Food is never fresh and orders often incorrect. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. KFC/Taco Bell has gone way down hill over the years and is not like what it use to be. Business needs to close.

This was the worst kfc ta o bell ever messed everything up. Forgot part of our order. Poutine was cold & fried tastee old. If this is how they are on a saturday at 5Pm i cant help but wo der how they wre still open. 0 stars i recomment walking the other way but it makes you gice atleast 1 star to post this.

Kids are too busy talking to each other on the head set about graphics cards to finish an order. Messed up the sandwich, served pop with no syrup and forgot the side dips, the only thing right were the fries.The rude old human refused to apologize, then proceeds to ask for the half eaten wrong burger back (with a creepy smirk on their face) before they would give us the correct food that we paid for. Super uncomfortable experience.
