*ONLINE ORDER* - If there was an option to put 0 - i would put 0 stars. I placed an order online, this has been the most frustrating experience ever. My mattress was not delivered with my order, have been on calls ALL day, being told “we will call you back” not one person has called me back. I’ve been chasing them all day to find out where my mattress is. First call, the lady named Marie had told me “no we delivered it” so i explained that i received my other items but not my mattress, and she was arguing with me saying it’s been delivered, i told her i did not receive the mattress, said she would call me, never did, been told by 5 different agents all different stories, i called again around 3:30, and the lady said “we figured out why, your seller put the delivery date for 2024 instead of 2023, but my receipt has everything to be delivered may 3rd 2023? anyways after calling 10 times today, speaking with over 6 people i asked them if they can just have the mattress sent to the closest rd furniture because i don’t have a mattress and they said to me your account is blocked we can’t do anything right now, you need to wait and we will let you know when you can pick it up at the nearest store (no time frame, not a date or an hour). I was also sent king bed sheets when i ordered a queen mattress. i do not understand how something so simple could end up being so complicated, i am extremely dissatisfied with the service i received, the customer service was completely off, nobody ever called me back to give me updates, all they said was sorry we can’t do anything at the moment. (keep in mind i was told my mattress was delivered and then they said it wasn’t in the truck because my sales rep put 2024) make it make sense

Disappointed. Once you find what you want to order if they even have it in stock most of the time dont, once they have your money its hard to reach them to even get your order delivered. Wont be coming back for anything. Not worth it. At all. Do not buy here!!!! Dont believe them when they will contact you. They dont.
