I wanted to thank Musso Appraisals for a job well done!!!! Especially - Susan Hunter. She was a gem to work with, extremely helpful and very efficient. She went above and beyond to ensure that the appraisal was sent to the correct lender, and was such a pleasure to work with. I do not envy the role of an appraiser as they do go through a lot in this line of work, but when you have someone like Susan, you appreciate and understand what they go through.Thanks again for everything.

Brutal! Would highly caution against using this company. We were looking to refinance as our property had risen significantly in value, we had added additional land and had added a huge addition (with materials alone costing over 125k). The appraiser gave us no credit for the addition, extra land, 4 fully furnished cabins that had been added to the property, and used 'comparables' from over 30 mins away. I had also supplied them a 2 page list of all the upgrades we had done to the house.I was utterly flabbergasted! We had worked closely with a real estate agent prior to the appraiser coming in and knew exactly what the comparables IN our area were and what we should appraise at (very conservatively). This company just seems to go by the teranet review no matter the improvements, etc.

Very polite over the phone and responded in a timely manner to get an appraisal done ASAP. Jennifer was extremely helpful setting up the appraisal with all COVID protocols put in place. Mario did an extremely thorough appraisal and was very knowledgeable about the building restrictions put in place by the township. Overall, the company was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to anybody seeking to get an appraisal done

I had a 2 day closing for my client's mortgage & on top it was during New year holidays. Jennifer not just stood up to do the appraisal, but she exceeded the expectations in timely delivery of report & did not even charge me anything extra despite my offering. Due to her I was able to close on time & my client was able to close his dream purchase. Truly Professional in approach and Humble at heart. I will refer her to anybody without a blink. Thanks

I have had several home appraisal completed for various properties. I am extremely disappointed in the owners appraisal. The owner would not return my phone calls or emails to discuss her calculations after several professional attempts to contact her. She valued an inground pool at $75,000 and a half acre of property at $25,000 etc. and then she also noted in the report that the land value was not applicable. What world does a half acre of property not effect a properties value. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

I highly recommend Musso Appraisals, they offer outstanding service and are very professional from start to finish. As a Mortgage agent I have extensive experience using appraisals companies and I would recommend using Musso Appraisals to any of my clients.A very special shout out to MANUELA COSTERUS who not only went out of her way to keep both myself and clients informed and up to date on the appraisal process but took the time and effort to help guide my clients on a construction deal over the course of several months. I recommend Manuela to any mortgage professional in the industry and will certainly request her services in the future.

In a nutshell this company is awful.1. They charge 2x than what is standard - $550 +tax musso vs $300 + tax avg cost2. I got an appraisal for 100k less than what I bought for, got another company to do it and got a higher valuation than what I bought for.Find someone else unless you want to waste $620 then get someone else anyway.

I am beyond disappointed with the inadequate service I received. The appraiser pulled comparable from a completely different location, completely different types of properties, and with different finishes. When I received the appraisal I sent proper comparable properties which resulted in the appraiser increasing the initial appraisal by $50,000. Can't you do your job to begin with? How can you provide a very important report and then be easily swayed? Beyond unprofessional and clearly has no knowledge in the business. They are also twice as expensive than all other companies. I had to repay for a new appraisal which came in $100,000 over what Musso Appraisal provided. Such a joke of a company.

I would highly recommend the professional and quick services of Musso appraisals Services.They are very approachable to both the broker and client , on a list of many approved lenders to choose from they would be my first.I personally have been extremely satisfied with the appraisals whether high or low, it is what it is, market value. I have no control.Have total faith in their judgement as that is there business and being in the broker and lending business over 35 years I have seen a lot.They are extremely diligent and efficient in any of my experiences and I have heard from others in my industry the same ..So not just a one off from myselfLucky to have such companies in our field .
