Whenever I come here especially with my significant other, we are always greeted with a smile, the atmosphere and staff are just so inviting! They are even excited about the drink combos that we make or have found on social media, and a lot of the time they are aware and are excited about your creations and even say how they would love to try it themselves! Great staff, great quality drinks, and having the app make ordering, paying, and collecting rewards a lot easier!

I want to commend the manager, Salina who went above and beyond to see to it that my incorrect drink order from the day before (sick in bed and not able to bring it back) was made to my liking, one day later. I kept the mistaken drink just as proof that I did not drink it all and then call to complain. I have also been frequently this Starbucks location since it opened. Gen was great and my quad venti Skinny vanilla, 180 degree, no foam latte was perfect! Thanks as always Starbucks for going the extra mile!

sergio is the best worker there 100%! i am sorry sergio for writing this review like 2 weeks late, but you were so funny and helpful and fun to talk to! my dad thought you were very awesome at your job and would love to see you again! sergio made loads of conversation with us and made us feel like a part of the starbucks family!

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is almost impossible to come here before work even when going through the drive though. I even tried going inside to see if it made a difference and waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees. I think the people who work here should focus on doing their job instead of awkwardly flirting with eachother like what I saw.

My friends and I came through the drive through for lunch. We had some trouble getting through our orders without giggling but the man taking our order was very patient and kind. As we rolled our windows and began to drive up to pay we all screamed in embarrassment. When we got to the window a woman came up and very passive aggressively told us off for being too loud. I apologized because we all felt bad but she was very rude. Not happy

This review is for the Starbucks location at 1860 Appleby lineArrived at 11:00 am and there was a long line for people who purchased their orders but waiting to retrieve it. After placing my order I waited nearly 15 minutes to get my coffee. There was a total of 8 staff running around like headless chickens and at times casually socializing. I requested a refund and left. If you don’t mind waiting 15-20 minutes to have your order prepared then this is the place!

You've just lost one of your regular customers because of your staff this morning, July 7 2023. The sign on the window says you open at six thirty. I arrived at six fifty-three. Apparently, your sign is wrong. Instead of your employee explaining the incorrect time on the sign, she yelled at me through the window. What made it worse was I was only seven minutes early, and she could have easily made a different choice, opened the window, and quietly explained that to me. I understand it's difficult to get staff. But that does not mean they are excused from being polite to people. One of her choices could have been to take my order 7 minutes early. Another would have been to say she would talk to the manager about the incorrect sign posting. If a calmer conversation was had, my review today would have been totally opposite to this one. Her choice to be misserable today will affect not only her, but I'm guessing everyone else on her shift and the people she interacts with. The irony is that the Starbucks that I did go to up the road was such the opposite and so pleasant, which is another reason I felt I needed to comment this HUGE disparity in customer service.

Sergio was an amazing help by accepting that I changed the order to a blended drink and gave my pup a pup cup at the end of the transaction
