Walmart Supercentre

It's a great place to buy groceries and Indian food as they are place in the front of rows and the food items are placed neatly when I come always as well as the staff is nice and most of the time they have stuff in stock so it is great in my opinion as compared to other Walmart branches. So altogether great.

Really bad at stocking food. I wanted to make stuffed green peppers for tomorrow and then found this selection. Then I went to get keto noodles, and lo and behold - they were out of stock for those too! You’d think with the money they save with the self checkout service that that would help ensure the shelves are stocked decently. Bad experience.

These sales associates are depressed or something; I am just looking for my things and pay for them at the self-checkout, then this sale associate, who seems like they just rolled out of bed earlier or something, wearing an orange printed graphic T-shirt was kept on stalking me since I am looking for a face wash. Then after I finished checking out, I was about to leave Walmart; then this lady (the same one) came up to me and asked, “Did you pay for this?” I was like shocked, and I was a regular customer as well.Walmart! Trained your employees better!!!

Anyone else get annoyed by this? Walmart Metrotown please work with property management to rectify this issue.

This afternoon I picked up my groceries and noticed some of my items were missing. I received a call from a lovely women Rosalie who offered to personally deliver my missing items on her way home from work. Thank you Rosalie for going out of your way and being so kind. It is truly appreciated.

We initially parked on the second level because the first was full, only to find the elevator is not working (no out of order sign either). We packed our baby back into the car and parked on the third level as it has direct access to Walmart. When entering we were told that the doors were closing and we would not be able to exit the way we came in. When we brought up the issue of the lack of elevator we were told security was looking into it by an older gentlemen at the door. Roughly 10 minutes later we return to find the elevator still out of order and we’re told we needed to exit out the main doors on the ground level. Which means we would have had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, with our stroller, baby and a box of diapers and wipes to get to our car. All while I am 8 months pregnant!! How is it okay to block the only accessible access to the upper levels on the parking lot?! The older gentlemen was extremely rude and either unwilling or incapable of helping whatsoever. The manager was full of nothing but excuses and couldn’t see the problem that closing the doors caused, just wanted to blame the mall for the lack of elevator. We weren’t the only ones there who were facing the same problem and highly doubt the issue was escalated and dealt with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. on a side note, I overheard the older gentlemen say to a couple who was asking if the checkouts were open “do you not see the red light, what do you think red means”

The staff is so clumsy and rude. I get it, working in retail is hard. But that's not a reason to be down right rude to customers.The other day, I went to buy a set of Coleman butane gas cans and customer service downstairs told me it's in stock. After walking around for about 10 minutes, no one had a scanner to check the isle number. The only associate with a scanner was in the beauty section. When I asked her to run a UPC check. She asked me if I could see the beauty section as a hardware section! I was flabbergasted!.Anyhow, even after checking for the isle number, there were 4 items remaining but she refused to point me to the isle saying these low stock numbers are always ignored because of theft! And didn't bother to walk back to the aisle to check if there were Infact 4 items remaining.So disappointed with the staff working here. Walmart should keep an eye on who they are recruiting.

Worst. Customer. Experience. Ever. I actually feel like i was robbed. I bought some margarine only to discover when i got home that the bottom was damaged and open. I told customer service i would like a new one because it was never used. Not only was i denied this simple request. I was told, in a pretty rude manner, that i had just basically wasted 5 dollars. Like the damage was my fault.Not only will i NEVER be returning to this store. Im never shopping with a company that just steals peoples money without providing adequate service in return.shameful, walmart.Simply shameful

Check one of the photos where everything is disorganized, most of the employees don't know where the products are.Walmart is a good brand, just deserve better service.

❌not recommended ❌This Walmart pick up workers are horrible they do not meet the pick up times and do not do their jobs correctly. If the pick up time is for example 12:30 you need to be waiting there an extra 15 to 20 minutes until they give it to you. And upon receiving the orders the expect that you do their job for them and put the groceries in your truck. Horrible overall
