Mr. Lube + Tires

The service, attention to detail, as well as compassion cannot be understated. I brought my car to Mr Lube in a bit of an emergency situation, needing many things done to get me back on the road. The entire team took great care of my car, and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got home safely when a part could not be sourced immediately. I’m grateful to Mitchell and the whole team of mechanics for their work.

I've used this location many times for my oil changes and they always provide exceptional service. On my last oil change I also had them change the front wiper blades. This past Friday one of the wiper blades was not working, and I returned to the location to ask them about an exchange. The technician told me that it was just an adapter that had cracked, and he replaced it with no charge! I told him this is the reason why I use their services". Thank you to the kind technician

Great experience with Mark and the team at Mr. Lube in Whitby!! I'm usually nervous about getting services done on my vehicle, but everything was explained to me in detail and zero pressure to get anything I was unsure about. Awesome experience overall! I'll be back!! Thank you guys!!!!

I ordered new tires from the Ajax store and asked if it can be sent to here (Whitby) they said not a problem. Next day at 8am they installed the tires and I also got my car in for oil change service too. They were very fast with the work and friendly in explaining what was done etc. The price too was reasonable. I usually bring my car into Toyota for regular service but Im going here instead from now on. Good job all around!!!

I recently visited Mr. Lube for car maintenance and was incredibly impressed by Saif, one of their technicians. From the moment I arrived, Saif greeted me warmly and showed a genuine willingness to help. His expertise was evident as he patiently listened to my concerns and explained each step of the maintenance procedure with great attention to detail. Despite a busy day, Saif worked efficiently and completed the maintenance in a timely manner without compromising quality. His friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a customer, and I highly recommend him. Went in for oil change and change of tires from snows to summer tires on rims. Wait was very short. Upper Service person was polite and courteous. Oil change seems to be fine.Tire change was not done. 2 of my tires are older than 5 years but are in decent safe condition. Was told they couldn't put them on as there is an Ontario 'law' that they can't put on tires that are over 5 years old, and held some laminated piece of paper up which was supposed to be proof of this? Then they tried to sell me new tires. Upon checking with other places that service tires, there is no such 'law' or restriction. I went elsewhere to have the tires done.Additionally, their invoice indicates a list of courtesy checks that are done as part of their service. I know that cabin air filter and wiper blades were not checked, so it doesn't give me any confidence that the other items were checked either.

Got my brake lights done. They were fast and professional! The price was good and they were very helpful. Both my tires were low on air too and they filled them. I even tried to hand them more money for helping me and they would not accept! They were just satisfied with how happy I was with there service. Definiely coming again!

This is the best lube location in Whitby. I was here for a tire patch which did not need work. Jordan and Saif were very kind to not charge a penny for stuff that dint require work and also checked the pressure for free. Very kind and professional personnel.

Mark was great. Incredible customer service. Team in the pit was quick. In and out in no time for an oil change. I will be back.
