I wish i can give a 0 review here this companies a nightmare I worked for this company worst experience worked there not even 2 days all shorts of problems I've been doing construction for 21 years this is by far the worst company I worked for the bosses were so disrespectful and make u do crazy things blame u for everything with no safety in mind I caution people trying to work for this company it won't end good they got rid of me 1 day before good Friday and lied to the union rep about me even though I have a family and a 3 year old

They try to cut corners everywhere they can they do the laziest job I would not recommend anybody buy a house from them please do not waste your money on this company

We have purchased a pre-development property with Primont. Our experience has been challenging as has everyone's including the developers no doubt due to the pandemic.That being said, part of our ongoing frustration in addition to a total of eight delays has been multiple representatives appear unhappy with their positions. This has surfaced in various ways from seemingly impatient and a lack of due diligence. My wife and I are offering a sense of empathy here as we continue to await for our home to be ready to move into due to the fact that the past 2 plus years have been challenging for all.That said, when dealing with your home there is obviously a lot at stake. Customer service being amongst the very top. Thankfully, we're happy with the workmanship of our home so far. Our upcoming PDI will provide a greater assessment. We are hopeful our experience will only continue to improve with Primont as our home developer.

Disappointed is an understatement. Purchased a new home and Primont took 3 years to provide an agreement of purchase of Sale (proving it after closing announcement), attempted to charge 24k in closing (review your closing thoroughly), did not provide connections for laundry for over a month after closing, provided inaccurate purchase price on the Tarion warranty, and leaking roof that continues to damage the foundation. Minor repairs (ie patching dry wall are the only issues addressed in a timely manner).A home should be one’s haven not a nightmare. As someone who has purchased multiple homes, I am deeply disturbed to how a builder continues get approval by the city.

Alert Worst builder ever don’t buy your house from this builder scam!!!! Deanna duke dose not know how to do her job right how to deal with clients they won’t listen to you for any request I had my brick selection issue she won’t call me at decor centre to choose the colour of my choice.Cancel primont 2022 do not buy your house from this builder.

We didn't even get our house key at closing! The company they hired didn't even key the doors properly and the key didn't even work so we had to wait for keys to our house for 5 weeks after taking over ownership! Worst builder ever. Will never purchase another property from Primont.

Would never buy another Primont home again. Customer service is horrible. The key did not work on Closing and we are still waiting for the key since it did not open the front door or the back! What kind of builder releases keys that don't work?! After they take your money for the purchase? We have deliveries pending and they have no urgency at all to resolve the issue.

BUYER BEWARE. Wish I could give zero stars. We purcahsed a 2 million dollar home from this builder on assignment. We now own the home and they are unwilling to share any of the previous owners design choices. We asked if there were carpets upstairs and Brenda would not even answer this for us. Primont homes I highly suggest you remove Brenda from dealing with any people. Her demeanor is rude and condesending. Definitely do not purchase a home from these builders if you want to deal with a disgusting display of customer service from their design centre.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I heard the story of my friends 1.6M home and the utter negligence and lack of build quality is criminal at this point.

worse customer service ever. no phone calls returned after messages left. email them and no replies as well. when they finally reply and you try to get another answer they don't reply again. Never had such a bad experience from a company before. I would never recommend anyone to even think about buying from them.
