Cascades Day Spa

Absolutely wonderful experience! I have had brow threading done for years and I have to say this was the best experience yet. Kimmie was very professional and did a great job. You can tell she is very experienced in threading and it did not hurt as much as it usually does. Great atmosphere.

Wonderful spa. Love my massages with Amy and manicures and pedicures with Kimmer!I used to love the spa treatment and having a steam shower after my wonderful massage with Amy. But now one has to leave greasy and unwashed. It was great to relax in the lounge after the treatment . Miss the spa experience. The prices have not dropped to acknowledge the change in service. Give years after my glowing review! Staff is still great but spa service not the same. Sad...

I used to go to this place very regularly when I was working as a CCA. I really loved the atmosphere and the people. I called today to book a massage and I was told that I was no longer welcome there and not to book me. I was then told it was due to not showing up for appointments, which is totally untrue. I would 100% recommend this spa before today. The level of ignorance was beyond. I am still in shock as to what I was told today by staff members there. I even said they must have me mixed up with someone else, the answer I received was nope" and goodbye. Please save yourself the ignorance and grief from dealing with this spa."

Totally ruined a Christmas present, we ja made a reservations months prior and after we showed up to our appointment, they somehow messed up the reservation and only had one person booked instead of 2. Couldn’t accommodate us either, very dissatisfied and disappointed. Staff made no effort to give us another date or to solve the problem. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and wonderful massages. I've been going here for years and am never disappointed.

Really enjoyed my time here. The steam shower was really nice, I was able to sit and relax in the steam before my service. I also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub outside while snowflakes fell. It was wonderful. Bring a bathing suit if you want to enjoy the hot tub.

Was quite disappointed with their customer service! Went in for a massage and that was great! But I went for a dip in the hot tub before hand, it had been snowing and the patio was not cleaned properly but one of the girls opened the cover half way and said it was good to go. Because there was so much snow and no where to put our robes and towels, we placed them on the folded cover, just as I was about to get in a gust of wind flipped opened the flap almost knocking me out as it hit me on the head, and everything fell into the hot tub including my phone. We pulled everything out and by the time I got stable again to go inside the robes and towels had frozen. When we got inside and explained to one of the girls what happened, she apologized and got us new towels and robes. The girl that had not secured the cover properly never showed up again and when I went to pay there was no discount or any complementary future services. I get that accidents happen, but I also believe this could have been handled better. I even sent in an email and never received a response back. Consumer beware!!

My daughter and I have been to Cascade Spa several times, and have tried others but Cascade is amazing! From the minute you walk in, to the last second there, you feel pampered! they treat you special and don't pressure you to buy their products. truly a great experience, love it there! I recommend this one to everyone wanting the Royal treatment!

I used to go here all the time. Once the pandemic happened all the spa like amenities were taken away, understandably. Now everything is back to normal, but their prices have increased, the hot tub has been removed indefinitely, there's no steam shower use and no robes. So how is this place considered a spa anymore? Very disappointed, and no incentive to get my massages there anymore.
