Tire change over from winter to summers. Availability was easy to book, had a appointment for me the next day in the morning. Work was completed very quickly and the staff were very friendly and professional. Unable to offer a courtesy ride at this time due to staffing shortages, but they said they’re going into the hiring season so expect this to change.Time the vehicle was at Kal Tire from drop off to pick up was 1 hour.Even without the courtesy ride I still gave this 5 stars as the courtesy ride was not planned when booking the appointment. Keep up the great work, Kal Tire!

I really have to praise this place big time. Not only did Dave work hard to fix my car yesterday but when it wouldn't start this morning due to our harsh cold right now, he & Brenden drove to my home to help me. I've never seen mechanics go out of their way like this and they deserve a ton of praise and recognition. I highly recommend Kaltire here in Williams Lake. Thank-you so much Dave & Brenden!! You're amazing and very appreciated.

This is an update to my previous review from 7-8 years. Previously I had a bad experience where I did a brake job when it was not needed. Reflecting back, it may have just been an error and they mixed up vehicles. This time I got professional service, they replaced a part that needed replacing and didn't overcharge. They were super busy but kept their cool and treated everyone professionally. Based on my latest experience I am revising my eating to 4.5 stars.

Wonderful service. I went their at a very short notice and still got helped despite they being short staffed. While I was waiting, I saw them being extremely professional and going an extra mile to help their clients.

First time in the shop, I came in needing a full set of tires for my truck with almost no notice. This place was very accommodating and got me back on the road in very short order, especially considering how busy they were.This was about a week or two ago, tires have been great, quiet ride, well balanced, no issues!

Great service, and done in timely manner. Had an issue with my van and they hooked it up to scanner and told me what needed to be fixed. Bought my wife some new winter boots and replaced 1 bent wheel. Recommend them for the great job they done.

Excellent !! Everybody is changing their tires right now but I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. They also did a free inspection of my brakes and other things on my vehicle.The staff are exceptionally friendly people.They found a defective tail light. It was kind of a big deal because I have custom LED lights on my vehicle. However they were able to fix it right on the spot. The best.

They didn’t even have time to air up a tire for me they claimed they were so busy.. I would have paid if they’d charged but ya I didn’t think airing up a tire took that long. At a different stop though a guy in the back part retorqued my lug nuts on semi trailer and he seemed nice and accommodating.
