A bit overwhelming at first since there's so much product, but everything is organized so well and the staff is incredibly kind! Exchanges are easy and prices reasonable as the items are such high quality!

If you love Christmas and you like to see loads of variety, this is the place for you. I haden't seen such great products and such a wide array of decorative ornaments offered anywhere. I had a blast looking through the merchandise. Owners are very friendly.

This store is beautiful. The displays are really lovely, organized by colours and themes. They have just about everything you could ever want for Christmas decor and more. The downside is, if you need a wheelchair, walker or crutches you cannot access this stop. Even if you can get over the step up into the store the displays are so close together you won’t fit past the entrance. My daughter really wanted to look so I carried her through the store and it was a challenge to navigate even like that. Gorgeous store and they definitely have made the most of their square footage for display but inaccessible to those with mobility needs.

I went before Christmas and after. Such a beautiful and unique store. The staff were helpful and friendly and the prices were very reasonable, especially after Christmas when the ornaments were on sale!

This is as close as it gets to a real life Christmas movie! Every square inch of this store is organized by color and is packed with christmas decorations, models, ornaments, nutcrackers, etc. from the floor to the roof, with skinny walkways throughout where you have to move slow to make sure you don't start a landslide! There is so much to look at inside and every time you think you've seen it all, you find a whole new section of the store! I have never seen so much Christmas items in one store, definitely worth the visit if you're in need of some holiday cheer!

A must see for anyone traveling through Ottawa! This shop is so adorable, and the ornaments and decorations are one of a kind, perfect for stocking stuffers or unique gifts. Worth the wait, and definitely worth coming back again and again!

Absolutely love going here every year!! Can definitely get crowded as some sections are one ways in the store so I recommend going early november. Prices can be a bit steep but it's a specialty store and well worth it! The staff is always super friendly and some speak french as well
