I've attended this nail salon several times and I will not be returning. They've cut my cuticles to the point where I'm bleeding, offered painful gel removal by filing the gel and my actual nail off, gave me gel nails that completely peeled off in 24hrs...However, there is ONE great nail tech working at this location but b/c they won't let you select your manicurist it's not worth the gamble and I rather never come back.

I love this place! Great service and friendly staff! I always love getting my nails done here. No other place offers the attention to detail and amazing customer service that you will get at Pure Nail.I visit here every 2 weeks for both manicures and pedicures. I've always left this place feeling super taken care of and loving the look of my nails plus i am amazed how long they last!I also want to mention that this place is very well kept, very clean and the vibe is relaxing!I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth visiting!

Incredibly disappointed in the service and quality I was provided. I came here to replace the old ugly dip gel I had on my nails. I was quoted $40 at the time of booking. When I finished my appointment, they charged me $52! Also, the nails started cracking, lifting, and chipping after 4 days of having them on. I've barely had them for 10 days now and just want the atrocity off my hands. Though these are a lighter colour, a high quality gel polish should NOT be cracking this easy. Lesson learned: listen to the reviews!

Pros: They do shellac beautifully and I've never had issues with the way they look.Cons: I've gone in to remove shellac twice and both times not all of it was removed. My nail remains super bumpy!

This has been my go-to nail place for years. I’m always happy with the quality, but one of my favourite things is the netflix movies and shows that are always playing to keep you entertained while getting a manicure. Somehow they always manage to pick a hilarious show which always improves my experience. Service is always friendly too!

I have never had such a painful waxing experience, and have had waxing done many times elsewhere. My service provider did not give me any instructions, nor speak to me the entire time, even when I asked why it was so painful. I should have stopped her in the middle of the session and left, but didn’t. I’ve come to Pure many times for amazing nails, but won’t return for waxing.

Absolutely amazing!I just got done my gel mani pedi here before my vacation, and I cannot say enough good things about this place.Very clean and well kept! The staff are so friendly and professional. For years, I have tried different salons, but by far, this is the best one I have been to.They have a huge selection of colors too.I highly recommend this salon . Outstanding customer service and accommodation!
