50% of the time this location is decent but 50% it sucks. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger, asked for ketchups and got a gelatinous wad of packets glued together by what seemed like an enormous wad of syrup. When they don’t jack up your order the food is decent but a combo at wendy’s is like $14 compared to McDonald’s or BK which is like $8-$9. Gotta wonder how much longer this wendy’s will be around with poor service and non-competitive prices…

I don't know if it's inflation process or what but my husband and I got a chicken sandwich combo and a double burger combo and it was $35.00. I can get a meal at a raising with good food for cheaper than that and I love in Charlotte Nc. I thought that was just crazy. Friendly staff and pretty quick through the drive through but the money spent is not worth it.

I'm not a big fast food enthusiast. But when I do need a quick meal to go this Wendy's location is my go to location. The manager and staff at this Wendy's location are very nice and helpful. The service is always excellent and fast. The food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Wendy's location.

We come out here to pay tribute to my spouses dad who has passed away. He used to frequent this Wendy's before passing.I'm generally not a fan of wendys, but this place has always been super fresh, and hot off the press.Service is a little on the slow side, but that's expected due to the food being higher quality.

Every Time I Have Went To This Wendy's Over Past Several Months Food Was Always Fast And Correct But Most Importantly Great Customer Service From The Staff That Is Something Hard To Come By Especially At Fast Food Places Even Going Through Drive-thru Staff Have Been Friendly And Helpful The Customer Service Alone Is What Really Makes Me Want To Leave A Review To Show Acknowledgement To How Well The Staff There are Doing Keep Up The Good Work!!!

Was there last week.Ordered two single combo's. The order took 15 minutes to get done.When we sat down the food was cold!!!! I asked for another and got attitude from short stumpy Zachery who was too busy checking out the ladies in the first table instead of concentrating on his job. Totally a poor experince.

Damn near every time i go here i wait for 20 minutes to get my food and half the time it’s not even remotely correct. Got a biggie bag w a double stack n they gave me chicken n bacon on pretzel bun like who asked for this in they biggie bag

I have to start this off with a big 10 for me to be able to come here a hour before they close on more than one occasion and can get a frosty wack Arnold's is 24hrs and you can't get a milkshake after 9 not so sure about other Wendy's locations but when I'm in the falls I come to this one always great customer service if I have to wait it's not too long and if I'm waiting I know that's because my food is being prepared right then and there can't argue with hot food I only came once in the day and left so they might need some tips from 2nd shift but thank you staff

Although my teenage daughter love this place, I particularly do not. The orders are always wrong, and the staff is not as nice when I ask them to correct it. The establishment is clean inside and outside, and the food does arrive hot. I would not feel comfortable giving more than 2 stars for the reasons mentioned above.

I was having multiple issues with the Wendy’s app, and walked in to show the manager what was on going with the app, the made everything on the spot for me and even honoured the app coupons I was using, awesome staff, can’t thank him enough, for going above and beyond
