Ottawa Shoppers to the rescue! I wanted a gift delivered to Ottawa but it was too late to mail or order online. I contacted Ottawa Shoppers and got a very quick reply. Isaac went to a specific store, where I had put the desired item on hold, collected it and delivered it quickly and for a reasonable fee considering the effort required. Thank you Ottawa Shoppers! I would definitely recommend their services.

I would give a lowerr rating if I could. I have placed orders with them before where things on my list were misread so I did not get the correct items. I sent them another order this am and was only sent an e-mail back in the early evening that they are refusing to fullfill the order because of the previous issues. Very unprofessionnal in my opinion

Have since added debit and credit payment options. Items were carefully packaged and cold items were still cold on delivery. Highly recommend

it was 6 hrs before i was called after i made my order and 3 more hrs after that before it arrived. the shopper didn't get 2 items that i'm sure was in the store. he told me i would be sent an invoice before he arrived-that didn't happen. only after i called was an invoice sent. their site says both $10 for delivery and 15% also. says order must be $70 minimum but mine wasn't. i guess this new company is still working out the bugs.
