Thames Park Pool
Great place to take a family for an inexpensive day of fun. They have a water slide, heated pool, kids pool and a large pool. There’s lots of room, lifeguards and parking.

There are boys over the age of 5 cutting through the women’s change room where girls are showering. They need to use the boys entry and exit. There should not be cameras from peoples phones allowed in this area.

The high school life guards r rude. They stood around talking right up till 330. Then told me not to go in the pool until they said they were ready. Then they mistook an airshow for thunder and kicked everyone out. They dont enforce social distancingA family put all there stuff on top of my table on top of all my stuff. I go early to get a table and if u dont get there till 330 put your belongings somewhere else. Never again

We've bee using this pool for 13+ years now and since we can't have a pool in our backyard, this is our pool of choice. We've never had any problems there, its always clean, the lifeguards are all friendly over the years. The only time I had a complaint was one weekend they made an announcement asking all of the swimmers to exit the pool so the lifeguards could have a brief swim. Sure it was hot, but the lifeguards rotate regularly and they can step inside for a rest/drink etc. It just struck me that paying customers shouldn't be asked to leave the pool for 15 minutes so the staff can swim.I've only seen that happen a few times so not a huge deal but other than that issue, its a great pool to take the family and its not expensive at all.If you go for the afternoon swim (starts at 1:30) we make sure we're there by 1:20 otherwise parking fills up quick!

It says on the website that the swim is free. Even on the email receipt It says 0$ It is not! They have hiked up the prices from last year by 25% and the diving boards and water slide is not open . The swims are cut down to an hour and a half ( an hour once you wait in line for 30 min) How can you charge that when you're literally getting none of the amenities and half the time ? Rip off!! Why bother opening ?! And no one respects social distancing ! Also run by teenagers that have no customer service skills . I would give it zero stars if I could . Splash pads and the beautiful great lakes are free and you don't get bossed around by people half your age .

The only problem is that the pool close in september 02. Even if it is warm days yet and good weather to enter in the pool. Could be open for september too.

I will be dipping here as often as possible in the summer months . Couldn't find a better pond if you were swimming in the natural springs at the top of a tropical mountain . Heated , clean, diving boards , a splash pad and if that wasn't enough you've got a genuine water slide .Grab a towel and some sunscreen , no burns please haha head down to the best pool in this entire world.

This place is great on warm or cold days as they keep the pool water quite warm. They have a great gradual Splash Pad area where younger kids can stay and play with adult supervision
