Visited Wendy's in Perth on a busy Friday afternoon. Truth be told the bathrooms were in miserable shape. Not sure if it was due to lack of staff or what. In the women's washroom the toilet roll holder was broken off and on the floor and there was no soap in the dispenser. When I came out two men lined up behind me and were talking about the men's washroom and how there was no water pressure to wash their hands, I don't think they were impressed with the overall condition either. My Dave's single was delicious if not thrown together a bit. It was busy and for that I give the staff credit for dealing with the rush but the bathrooms should not be forgotten. Luckily I noticed a hand wash station behind the counter, by the kitchen, that staff could wash their hands at, otherwise I would've been concerned about food safety after they use the washrooms themselves.

Can't beat the price - best value for fast food. Buns were stale though. Chicken sandwich seemed much smaller than usual, as did my serving of chili cheese nachos. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Not impressed!!! My baconators were so dry and lacking in condiments... I call in to discuss and your idea of resolving the problem is hanging up!! I guess your customer service needs improvement too!!!

I went here for lunch yesterday and dinner this eve. Both times it was the crowded with long lines atypical of most Wendy's I've visited, but they try hard. It could be those coupons that others might have gotten in the mail, too, which kept the meal price reasonable. I liked that they put my drink cup out early so I could have a drink while waiting for the food to get to the counter. Two of those fancy drink machines are there with only one turned on, but you can have several flavours like Vanilla" Diet Coke

Very disappointed. My husband ordered baconator and it was half the size of the ones he had ordered in the past. Even the bun was much smaller. I had the double stack and it was downsized too. It would not have filled a 5 year old. Certainly turned both of us off Wendy's.

Very friendly staff, a d the always good food I can expect to receive. Heavier weight meat patties are something that I really appreciate here compared to some other fast food burger restaurants. Thank you for the great taste too!Looking forward to seeing you again soon for another great meal.
