1100 units cancelled. 3 towers cancelled. Not even considering building ONE out of pure GREED. $72,000 downpayment tied down for almost 2 years. Please help us all in boycotting this developer.***Update: Builder has rezoned the area to build new towers.***So basically, this billion-dollar developer can't secure financing to build one of the city's largest condo projects so their answer to that is to build another project?Again - please stay away.

Liberty... what a scam. They can just cancel 3 condo projects for no reason and won't offer you any compensation. Just don't buy from them.We still haven't got our money yet

I like to say to all that are upset and complained about the cancelled project, get over. This was 4 years ago. I bought my unit at Wish condo another project, I wa very impressed, it's the best. Good quality products I got as standard, for other builders this would be an upgrade. In the cancelled project nobody lost money , but lost an investment, that's why everyone is mad. But this is not the only builder that has cancel a project, many have and many will do. . I also angry because I was buying at Cosmo as a first time buyer, close to the subway, highways and cheap very low price. That's why everyone is mad. Move on as I did and now I am very happy in my place at Wish with good service. I got all done and to those complainers, you always going to be miserable and complain, chill out and take a deep breath and move on.

I am disgusted with Liberty and their lame excuse for cancelling Cosmos Condos. We’ve put our life savings and worked hard to put every single dime into investing in this development as young and first time home buyers who are recently engaged. Not only have we been planning our wedding, but we’ve been planning our future and Liberty was one of our life choices. Moving forward I most certainly will not be considering Liberty Development nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else in the near future. They’ve left many helpless and stranded in this hot market.

Unfortunately this company even got one star rating from me when they don't deserve any for taking advantage of so many of their clients.These guys will likely open up under another name and conduct the same shady business as they did before.In 2016 many people purchased pre-construction condo units to start their life in their new home unfortunately due to a soaring market and the greed of the company they have cancelled our contract.Because of Liberty's decision to terminate their projects for Cosmos 2 and Cosmos 3 we all now have to either look elsewhere for property in our price range or come up with a down payment in this current booming market.

How does a company of 30 years not sure how to budget a three tower, 30+ storey condo buildings? This company. They cancelled 1100 units, because they did not like their profit margins. Terrible developer, terrible reputation.I love how some comments are saying how their other projects are on-time. What condo project is ever on-time? NeverKeep trying to push you're so great Liberty, because clearly your name has been smeared all over media and social media....it will continue to be pushed into the mud.

Zero stars to this developer as they have disappointed many people all in the name of pure GREED. How does the person responsible for terminating a signed contract sleep at night knowing that they have ruined so many people’s lives and future. After all the hassle they gave everyone to get pre-approved more than once even though completion was more than 3 years away was ridiculous. They’ve played us all from the beginning. Buyer beware and do your research on the developer of the project before you buy otherwise you will be in the same position as all us Cosmos victims.Remember decision maker that we are here on this earth for limited time and you unfortunately won’t be able to take your millions with you that you stand to make extra upon reselling the Cosmos.

This company is a complete scam, do not believe all those phony fake positive reviews. My family put everything on the line for a property here, and this company cancelled the project after realizing property values ended up increasing over 6 figures in value. They decided to cancel on over 800+ buyers, holding everyones hard earned money hostage for over 2 years, leaving buyers stranded and left out of the market entirely. I would think twice before investing with this company, they can cancel on you anytime in order to price gauge the market, they have no care for you or your family, they only care about money. This place is a sham, and should be sued.

Very very greedy company. No business ethics. They do not understand that the the main asset is happy customers but not just extra money they made robbing regular average people whom they sold Cosmo Condos and then decided to cancel the project. If they did once like that they will do it again. Better stay away from this company and all other companies owned by these people! We still hope that Government will develop a law that can protect regular people from dishonest builders like this company. We will fight till the end!!!

Pure scam. Cancelled the project after 2 years. Took deposits from 1100 buyers many of which were first time buyers made money off the interest and after 2 years cancelled the project only to re sell in a few years. The definition of greed. Even if these units are re sold at today's market price approx $700/per sq.ft these scammers will easily make $100 million more.
