Great experience with Ahmed from Itech Computers - Home Service today - December 29, 2022. Ahmed personally attended at my Mom's retirement home to help me make her iPad more accessible. My Mom is visually impaired and Ahmed was very patient in coming up with several solutions to best suit her needs. He was also on time and very personable with great customer service. I am a senior with minimal computer expertise, at the most inopportune moment my older model computer crashed with what I assumed to be a virus. Thinking I would require a new computer and all the aggravation associated with a learning curve I contacted Ahmed. This was a very positive experience which included an education in computers (not a virus but a hard drive crash), the need for additional virus protection (other than windows) is not always necessary, my computer was repaired in less that 36 hours with new hard drive and windows, all of my documents were retrieved. Now my computer is fast, fast, fast, repaired at a very reasonable price by a very accommodating competent individual.
