Amazing service and staff. First my masseuse was 30 mins late but everyone quickly fixed my experience with the lovely baths and new masseuse. She very kind, professional and paid attention to detail, even brought me a new robe as mine was wet without even me asking. I recommend :)

I went with two girls and we had an amazing time. The staff was great. Our meal was excellent. The spa is beautiful and clean. It is one the nicest spas I have been to.

Amazing food and the spa is sooooo authentic!

The spa is very nice. The service is great. The only thing is that when you arrive for your appointment, you have to wait in the waiting room with your coat and all your stuff, which takes away from the spa/relaxation experience. I prefer to change into a robe and slippers before going to the waiting room for my service.

One of my favourite spots to get away and relax. Even if there are places closer to me, I still go out of my way as the prive and experience makes all the difference. They also have great food! Spring and fall are my favourite times.

Unbelievable and relaxing place. Great landscape. With the price you get the hot pools, sauna, Turk sauna, all the robes and towels you need, locker, shower. Relaxing music. Next time I will spend the weekend instead of just the afternoon... being in the Pool at sunset is very special

The facilities are great. The staff is mostly good. Everything is clean. Hotel rooms are very large and fully equipped. There are only 3 issues:-the front desk is slow and sometimes you need to just wait there for a simple towel exchange-if you are staying on the site it is very expensive, I get the that room are full sized appartments but you can't even invite friends and it's wasted space. In my opinion it is a quite expensive.-on my last day there, a Friday, it was getting too busy. There was a group that were pretty much hogging the whole non-quiet pool which made it difficult to enjoy it.Those issues aside I would go back again.Note to the admin, the breakfast basket is great but instruction on how to cook the goodies would be cool. We got a container of batter but we didn't know if it was pancake, crepes, waffles? Would also be good to know where the ingredients come from... Are they basic sausages or locally sourced? Etc.

Very surprised with all the amenities in the room. We had multiple food items in the fridge to cook our breakfast because the restaurant was closed due to covid. Nonetheless, room was super clean, room looked very modern and up to date. 100% I would come back when there whole facility is fully open.

I was in winter.. and the hot top and sauna was a dream to be in... if you get the courage to dip yourself into the freeze water and then go to the sauna for couple times... your winter after will just be a easy season .. the restaurant is another surprise ... excellent flavors to try...
