We love our newly completely renovated accessible bathroom by Parker Bradley Construction. Brad’s helpful suggestions and guidance helped make the experience so much less daunting than we had anticipated. He is a perfectionist with great attention to detail, who ensures, by overseeing all aspects of the work, that the entire project is completed with a high level of expertise, workmanship and professionalism. His tilework is amazing!Brad worked with reliable subcontractors, who were courteous and highly skilled. Our bathroom tile was from B Lakin Tile & Flooring, the vanity counter top from Iconic Stone and our shower glass from Oomens Glass Ltd. Guernsey Plumbing and Oosterhof Electrical Services were also involved in the renovations. All provided excellent and professional service.Communications with Carolyn was such a pleasure. She was always friendly and efficient, providing updates and prompt responses concerning any questions that may have come up. She went above and beyond during all our contacts.The invoice summary and total, for work done, was no surprise and right on target to what we were expecting. It was based on ongoing updates of estimates that were provided with any changes that we made, as we went along.Nothing was too much trouble for Brad or Carolyn. “We will make it work” was their moto. It would be very difficult to find a contractor, that is as detailed, professional and customer service oriented as the Brad and Carolyn Team. We had been planning to renovate our vintage blue bathroom for years and I was a little nervous about it. Having Parker Bradley come in, give us a quote and take care of everything for us was an absolute dream. I could not be happier with the finished product. Brad and his team turned our dated bathroom into a spa like dream. I had also been wanting gorgeous open shelves that I could not find anywhere and he built some himself that turned out perfectly. We hired Parker Bradley to renovate a kitchen and dining room space in our home. Brad was a personable and professional individual from the time of estimate until the last detail of the job was complete. Early in the reno, his idea to remove a wall in our home was crucial in terms of the overall design plan and the amazing final product. He has great attention to detail and from the baseboards to our custom vent covers we could not be happier with our new space. Brad hired talented and reliable sub-contractors who delivered excellent service for a fair price. Cabinets were from Countrywide Kitchens and counter top is from Iconic Stone Kingston-both companies delivered amazing service and great products. Our huge back splash that Brad installed himself is a work of art and adds so much to our kitchen. As part of the project, we ordered floating shelves from another individual for Brad to install but were not happy with them when they arrived. Brad re-did the shelves because he was so invested in the success of the overall project. After Brad’s hard work and ingenuity, the shelves ended up being everything I wanted them to be. I would have zero hesitation in recommending Parker Bradley Construction to do work in your home.

We made the decision to finally finish our basement bathroom this year and Parker Bradley was the best decision we made. We told Brad our ideas and he was always able to give us guidance to make our vision come to fruition. His tradesmen were always professional and did a fantastic job complimenting Brads impeccable tile work. Our basement bathroom is now my favourite bathroom in our house (and not just because of the heated floor!).
