The rep, Kurt, who came to conduct the initial assessment took the time to discuss options and possibilities, and was very professional. The team that came to install the internal waterproofing and sump pump system were very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am grateful for the time the lead installer took to talk with me. They did a great job installing and running the sump pump pipe out under my porch. Clean up was also done well. The only area to improve would be the customer service people who answer the phones - they were not well informed or very helpful, especially when I asked to be referred to someone who could answer my questions. Otherwise, highly recommend this company.

RCC repaired our basement last summer and, for the first time in three winters, we have had a dry basement. Thank you!The work involved an outside dig along one wall and inside trenching on two other walls. It was completed exactly on schedule and on budget. The people at RCC have been excellent to work with including Kurt, Roger and Vero. When we did have an issue (caused by a different contractor) Kurt problem solved it and Roger arrived that same evening to make the repairs. Kurt came to give an estimate of the work that needed to be done. He was very professional and took the time to explain the work. Photos included with the estimate were a huge help! Kurt went out his way to help. Chris and Pete completed the work. I appreciated the introductions as they entered and then began their work. I was able to see the work from time to time to better understand what was being done. Both were polite and approachable, and were eager to see how they could help get everything back in place. Obviously a flood in your basement is the a very stressful situation. When I contacted RCC they quickly connected me to Kurt and assigned him to my disaster.
