The woman who seems to be the assistant that takes the wire out and gets set up for the orthodontist is top notch. We like her so much. The orthodontist was also lovely and informative as well as warm and friendly.

Amazing consultation! Dr. McFadden engaged my daughter in the process, asking for her thoughts and explaining how braces would change her bite/straighten her teeth. And the staff were incredible! Walked us through the whole process step by step, what to expect and detailing the level of commitment to achieve best results. Highly recommend!!

This has to be one of the BEST experiences we have ever had. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. So caring, so reassuring.Starting with the lovely lady at the front desk, who also helped with the finance portion of our visit. She was so sweet and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable about finance talk, or felt any shame for the finance side of thing's.The sweet lady who helped prep my daughter for her braces was so kind, patient and soft spoken. Completely made us feel at ease.I feel awful we have no names! But again, the lovely lady who put my daughter's braces on was an ABSOLUTE gem! I cannot say enough good things about her. The ENTIRE process was fun, exciting, reassuring, positive etc. She is DEFINITELY in the right profession. What a beautiful personality.I believe it is Dr.McFadden who runs this clinic (?) She is also so easy going, fun, and overall just a beautiful person.Her entire team is AMAZING. We are so excited to be beginning our braces journey here at this location!Thank you to all of you!

Very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable team. They made my daughter and myself feel very welcome, comfortable and and put our fears at ease. You can tell and feel they are passionate and professional about their careers. The energy in the office was upbeat happy and very informative by all the staff.
