I have recently bought a nearly new Radial Arm Drill from this Company. I am dealing with a fellow named Goiko. The machine was advertised, quoted, and invoiced in perfect working order. I paid for the delivery of the machine to my place of work, I paid for a master electrician to install/bring power to it, only to find out the machine was not as advertised. I then found out that CNC Surplus / Comtex didn't know for sure whether the machine was in perfect order, as the machine did not have power to it at the sellers location. I am still in dispute with them to bring the machine to the working order that I paid for, per quote and invoice. At this time, the dilemma is not being solved, the machine is not operational at our facility, and I could not recommend transacting with CNC Surplus.

CNC Surplus is an amazing organization and makes things happen for you even while their on vacation! They made things happen from start to finish for RAS and we truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to out performing the market. CNC Surplus will be our go too for all future equipment!
