Yaohan Centre (No. 3 Road) - Lot #988

Great food court. The curry house is a must try

On Dec 8, 2021, I received a parking notice at Yaohan Centre (No. 3 Road) accusing me of leaving the property. I have admitted my wrongdoing. I apologized and asked them to forgive me because1. I don’t live in Richmond2. This is my first ticket with Impark3. I did not see the sign4. I wrongfully thought that President Mall and Yaohan Centre are under the same management like Richmond Centre.5. I went to President Mall just right next door for a quick pick up of take out order of foods for my family. I have proof of their purchase. So I parked in the middle of these two malls.6. Most importantly, I have proof of a big purchase at T and T supermarket where I have done my grocery right at Yaohan Centre.They could not cancel my ticket reason because I have multiple tickets. Ifound out what they meant are total only 2 tickets. One is dated back in 2016, I am not guilty at that time and they have voided because of machine problem. The other ticket is just as this one now at Yaohan Centre.I was not meant to abuse the system and I have been always obeying Impark rules.I also found out from friends that they have this same parking problem but their tickets have been voided. That is why I feel unjust because this is my first ticket and not what they said I have multiple tickets.Second, I have proof of purchase at Yaohan Centre that I have really shopped there.When I asked Impark why the first cancellation ticket is also considered as my multiple tickets. They couldn’t answer. Anyways, I have to pay and I have already paid this unjustly ticket. After this bad experience, I really feel Impark is unjust and unreasonable.

Visitor from the South... Not bad, a bit older shopping centre but not bad, easy to find easy to park...been there a few times, something to browse, eat, drink... Pretty much what I a there for... All good, not bad... May be nothing special...

Typical asian mall the T&T is not as busy as Lansdowne mall

This is one of the worst parking lots to visit in Richmond. One tip, if you're visiting the Osaka/T&T, you can go to the pay parking next door and get that credited to your grocery shopping if you spend over $10. That's much better than fighting with everyone just to find a spot closer to the door.

Worst customer service and a money taking machine.
