The Water Genie

Just had a reverse osmosis home water filter system installed by the water genie. Wayne was great, very friendly and very professional. The installation was fast and the after service was also very fast. A small leak was found and was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend the Water Genie and its 5 star service.

Wayne is very knowledgeable and did a great job recommending the right equipment to deal with hardness and hydrogen sulfide in our well water. I am convinced there is no question about the water treatment that Wayne cannot answer. I've contacted several other companies prior and none put same level of care into providing a quality and cost effective solution. At every stage of the project it was a pleasure. We've now have excellent water that is soft and has no smells, such an improvement!

Totally agree with other reviewers. Wayne is extremely helpful, prompt and courteous from start to finish. Being people who have always been on well water, chlorine was something we were struggling to adapt to in our new home. Wayne came to test our water and suggested the whole home filtration system, to best suit our needs. As far as taste goes, there was an immediate dramatic improvement. Just cold, fresh water!
