I still haven't gotten my package and it's been 2 weeks since my order!!!!!! I offered to go pick it up this past Tuesday, as it's been in my city for 12 days now. No information has been given to me on where and when I can pick it up or if it can be delivered. I have made repeated calls, and an email, to your delivery service about how I can get my package. No one has been helpful. I am very close in asking for a refund for the stroller that I never received. This is ridiculous.

This has been the worst experience overall!!One package was attempted for delivery 2weeks ago, and was told it was coming the next day it still has not arrived! I have ordered from Amazon again, and it is shaping up to be the same issue. I have put the instructions to deliver between 7am -4:30 pm Monday to Friday to only get the email saying “your delivery in on the way” and it’s Saturday! The biggest problem is the warehouse is walking distance to the delivery address! No more ordering from Amazon for me if they use this company for deliveries

I cringe every time I see intelcom is the courier responsible for my deliveries. Nothing but problems always. They either lose the packages, break them, leave them on the street where they can get stolen, or say undeliverable....I live in the middle of downtown. It's not difficult!

We had worst experience with this company. Our package which is supposed to deliver 5 days back is still with them and we are totally unable track the exact status of our shipment. Their customer service is terribly unprofessional and least cared.. we made almost 8 to 9 calls in these 4 days and still we never got a right status on our shipment. Each time they are simply asking us to wait for 48 hours for an updates. I got surprised with the response from one of their customer service agent asking us to cancel the order if we dont get an update within 48 hours. We even asked to escalate our issue but they simply refuse to connect to the manager. Delaying a package is understandable…but as a customer they have their least responsibility to provide a proper update when we are contacting them. I dont know how come they manage to obtain a 4.1 star rating.

This is the worst courier service that I have ever seen. I ordered a TV from best buy and they shipped it through intelcom courier. It was supposed the arrive yesterday. It didn't come yesterday, there was no calls, messages or emails on that. I called and raised complains almost 4 times and customer care was the worst, who even can't distinguish customer and supplier. They were telling me its not their problem and to contact best buy for the shipment. After all the calls to best buy and intelcom, they said i will get the parcel today, which looks like wont happen today too. The shipment is not even picked. I took off from only to receive this package and the response of the intelcom makes me really worried. I have never experienced such a worst customer care approach.

I just had an 11-year-old deliver my packages! The 11-year-old said he was working for his dad! The father of the child claimed that this is normal practice for delivery parents to get their kids to deliver their packages during school breaks. He then tried to justify child labor by claiming that his kid loves delivering packages! This is child labor and completely inappropriate.

Shambolicly inept delivery service. Unable to follow the simplest instructions. Can't tell east from west eg.Never arrive within the 3 hr window of their own creation. Usually make no attempt to deliver on the first day. Often just give up all together leaving PKG in limbo.Avoid.

I have an Amazon order that was supposed to be delivered on July 2nd. According to the Intelcom tracking they were having trouble confirming my address" and my package was returned to the warehouse

Terrible company for delivering packages!! I hate when my orders get sent through them! I never receive my packages the day I'm supposed to receive them or I get the 'sorry we missed you, we will attempt again before the end of the day' a,which is a total lie they bring it back to the facility and leave it there for the next day, I live in an apartment building on the fourth floor which I'm assuming is the reason because all the drivers are lazy! I've had UPS, Purolator, Canada post, etc bring all packages to my door on the fourth floor with no issues but not these guys!!!To top it all off I have even WORSE customer service everytime I call to speak to a representative!!
