BUYER BEWARE!! The car wash at this gas station damaged my car. I talked with the owner and with Shell and neither accepted the responsibility of fixing the damage. Shell says the station is not insured through them. I now have to take this to my insurance company. What a scam!!

This is strictly reviewing the car wash. I've been ripped off several times with the self serve wash. The machines force you to purchase $4. You cannot add more time as you go if you use credit card. You will be forced to either get it done in 4min or forced to purchase another $4 for 4min. In other words it's costing you min $8 for you to wash your car. Total bull. We need competition in keswick.

This Shell is at a really convenient location but I find it so difficult to maneuver around the pumps! The pumps are super tight and on an awkward angle with the road. On a busy weekend or weekday rush hour -forget it. Car wash is decent here but again long lineups in the summer that can cut into the space for the gas station. Service and prices are decent but I usually try and avoid filling up here just out of the sheer frustration trying to drive through it.

Owner operator is very dishonest! He is a crook! Car wash sucks! Would not even buy gas here! This guy is not a part of our community it’s really sad ! Boycott this station. GO to HALO car wash monthly price is the same car wash 1000 % better ...free mat wash and vacuum included

Good facility, Staff were very friendly and helpful, Car wash did a great job washing my car after a trip up north. There is also a nice a pizza shop right beside it highly recommend this place and their staff!

The car wash is great! Best one I have ever been too in regards to the amount of soap you get and water usage (in a touchless). It provides tons of tri foam and high pressure washes. The dryer is good also, gives a good amount of time and dries my car pretty good. I like the renovations that they did also, the store looks more modern and they also fixed up the car wash also.

Their car wash is terrible and always leaves behind dirt and soap. Also, the staff don’t help or care about the customers. I recommend choosing another shell location.

This place is tied with Home Hardware for worst customer service in Keswick.This place deserves NO STARS.Brutal customer service. I wish I had the name of the guy who works here, but he doesn’t have a name tag. I wouldn’t have one either if I was him…Get your gas and lotto tickets anywhere else but here.
