Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Sean was super helpful and friendly when I arrived to pick up the car. I even got a follow up call from a customer service agent today following up on my trip and asked if everything was okay with the car or if I had any concerns. Will rent again if I'm in the area.

We needed a rental as a result of a fender bender. The type of vehicle we wanted was not available but Jordan, the manager, could not have been more accommodating. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been absolutely professional and he has gone far out of his way to make our experience as pleasant as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I have been with Enterprise since 2012 and have been enjoying riding with them!

Such friendly and professional staff! Zo is very kind hearted.I'm not leaving five stars because my 2016 Kia Optima rental was a bit dirty from the inside. I'm a city girl, so I'm not a fan of bugs in the windows. After riding in it for almost two weeks, I left the rental to return back to my own car. I was given a ride in another beautiful car that had dirty seats!All in all, good service. Not so good cleanliness.

The crew there is absolutely amazing. It's obvious that their work environment and teamwork is absolutely amazing. They were able to give me a ride to and from the body shop, and even accommodated my last minute requests. Best customer service I've ever had.

We had a deer run into our car. Our insurance company set up the car rental at Enterprise Rent -A-Car. The service was great and they did thorough job of explaining the details. Nice clean new car to use until repairs are done. Thank you for good customer service. Location is nice; didn't have to go to the airport terminal.

This was my 5th time using Enterprise rental and I have not had a complaint at all! The staff is amazing to work with. They will answer any questions you may have with a smile! I recommend using them for any trip you might have!

So I would like to start off by saying that they are an AMAZING TEAM that WILL make sure they take care of you and your needs, I had put in a reservation for a large SUV . They called me to confirm my reservation and what i was looking for . I explained that I needed a large SUV for many reasons for my travels. They called me the next day early in the morning confirming that they found and have a large SUV the day of my reservation!!!! I was amazed from the fellow up call because that lets me know that my needs matter and they cared about me !! Come the day of my reservation, I arrived to pick up my rental to this brand new large SUV !!! NICE :) !! I get inside they the staff was very welcoming and got started on getting me on the road . They were very clear and helpful thru the whole process from start to finish !! Overall experience was great and staff was grade A+ for customer service !!!

Picked up a rental Malibu licensed in a southern state. Horrible vibration during highway travel. Called them to report and was told the vibration was due to MN cold weather. I’ve lived in MN my entire life and have not heard nor experienced this. No efforts made to rectify the situation via exchanging the Malibu for a similar vehicle. Vibration so violent it caused nausea.

I recently had to get a rental while my vehicle was being fixed, it took a lot longer than expected and the enterprise staff in Grand Forks were awesome to work with. They did their best to get me the kind of vehicle we needed, added on additional days at the last minute with no problem. They did everything they could to make my experience as good as possible. If I need to rent another vehicle from this area I will definitely return to this place!
