Not the newest or cleanest rooms, but for the price and convenience (right next to the university), you can't go wrong. Staff are super nice too!

I never stayed here. I had a student locker in the basement of the building... Handy, lockers were clean, tidy.

I had an Absolutely horrible stay. I Had ripped sheets , asked for another sheet and got a sheet with cigorette burns on it. the toilet flushed once every ten minutes. The shower curtain was filty with a red stains that could be blood or rust or any unknown substance. Unacceptable .

This place is an effing joke!I have had my medication stolen by staffmembers and/or fellow tenants.The problem is so bad, that my doctor has placed me in charge of dispensing my own medication …not the Lennox Bell.Currently, I am missing 12 pills of my pain medication because someone enters my room when I am in the bathroom or when I am asleep.But the best part about all of this is, the Winnipeg Police Service is fully aware of this problem, and have yet to rectify the situation to my satisfaction.If you’re planning on staying here, ask your doctor to place you in charge of your own medication because these people can’t be trusted.Marla Chuddy
