Just wrapped up a home remodeling project. Very good experience with the Lelch team. They were great at creating a consultative selling experience with a range of options to help take finished project to next level with TV, audio and security solutions. Impressed with their willingness to adjust their work schedule to meet the changing timeline of a remodel with other subcontractors. Adam led install. He took the time to swing back and help walkthrough hope to optimize and enjoy products. Very impressed with install and service after sale.

Lelch is absolutely top notch! We had them install our basement sound system with our basement finish in 2018, and Adam with Lelch came out in April to troubleshoot the subwoofer - and fixed the problem. I asked Adam if he would be able to add some speakers upstairs with a TV and make all the speakers talk to each other, and he talked to me about what I wanted and put together a quote. He had sonos speakers talking to wired speakers in various zones through a sonos app - which was wonderful. Over the next few weeks there were some network glitches, and Adam was always so very responsive - any time of the day or night and so very helpful. I was planning a few big parties, and there were a few more glitches, which Adam promptly came to the house to fix, and on the day of one of the parties, there were more system issues, and he factory re-set all the speakers which completely fixed the problem. He was on the phone with the sonos diagnostic team and was very thorough. He stayed to make sure the system was working, and instead of sitting around - he even helped me to set up for my party. Totally above and beyond, and so very appreciated! Lelch, and Adam in particular, really strives for 100% satisfaction and stands behind their work with excellent support. I would recommend them hands down to anyone!

Adam is the best AV/Tech provider that I've worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, organized, and always has a plan when he arrives at my home. He is very patient, a great teacher, and works with me until I am comfortable with new remotes, p to questions passwords, and appears before he leaves. Adam is also quick to respond to my questions if I need help after my project has been completed. And the Lelch 24/7 helpline has even provided quick and easy repair remotely!I've recommended Lelch to several family members and friends for their internet and TV needs. And my adult children are very happy that I can now contact Lelch with my technology questions.

Lelch is a top rate organization! We had them set up our entertainment and internet in a new house build 5 years ago. The set-up continues to perform with minimal issues, and the few issues we have had have been resolved within the day via phone and remote connection. I recommend them to anybody looking to upgrade your technology!

The Lelch’s team best assets are knowledge and professionalism. Since day one they have been impeccable and extremely well organized. They have done a complete overhaul of our Control4 system. We ran into some issues not of their fault. Their perseverance to solve it while being throughout was exceptional. They are proud of their work and company name. I have worked with a few different audio video vendors over a 25-30 span. I love the newest AV equipment and technology as well as a home theater experience.I started using Lelch Audio Video about 6 months ago.They are excellent!
