Recently dealt with Luis from Toyota. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and kind this man was. He really went to bat for me and listened to my concerns and questions about my leased car.If ever I need help or assistance with purchasing a car or with anything else he will be my go to.In the midst of how difficult it is to get good help and how unwilling the upper management and executives are he was my knight in shining armour. Actually felt he was more on my side then theirs!10/10

My car was hit by some guy and i had dash cam and also took 360 degree view of the car. These tow truck driver kept mentioning don't have to pay anything everything is taken care of insurance but they made me to sign the work order for a repair work stating just for towing the vehicle. After being asked to release the vehicle they play games and they ask to pay $2500 for cancellation of work order. They are doing fraud and playing games with people situation as they will be in stress and they want to take advantage and whatever they tell we will do. So telling something and making to sign something is really fraud as we don't have time to read the document. Now my vehicle is stuck there since 2 month and still waiting for hopes from my insurance company to get that released.

I have had my GV80 for six months now and I enjoy it each and every day. Today was my first service and they really did a great job. My car was picked up at my home and I got a gorgeous G80 to drive for the day then they came and switched cars back at my office. The car came back detailed and looking great.Alvin Chang has been so responsive and helpful since I first ordered the car with his help. He has provided a next level experience that goes way beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in buying and owning a car. He has my total recommendation and my repeat business for sure!

I recently purchased my Hyundai Venue from DAG and while initially I was excited; things quickly started to upset me when one hiccup after another happened. However, the team at Hyundai were quick to respond and did their best to ensure I left there with my vehicle happy on pick up day. I commend them for being understanding, quick with their responsiveness on the issues at hand and for taking extra care that I left as a satisfied customer. I brought my Toyota Sienna van here twice, and on both occasions, my expectations were exceeded. Their level of care, attention to detail, honesty and integrity are what I would expect from the Toyota brand. Non-existent service. I went to DAG thinking I could save time by visiting multiple dealerships at once, since I need a new lease and want to pre-order a hybrid. After being assured on the phone that I could pop in any time I came by early on a weekend morning. I visited three different sales floors, each time actively exploring a floor model, reading the spec sheets... In all the time I spent there on three different sales floors not a single person said a word to me. Not an offer of assistance, not a hello, not a head nod. Yes some people were busy but some were clearly not. I emailed three times to provide feedback and no response, two weeks later. Terrible service. I came in with my wallet open but I will definitely be leasing somewhere else.
