TERRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!! EBOX has the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I have been with EBOX for 2 months and my wifi was only functioning for a maximum of 24 hours. They have replaced my equipment 3 times and I am still having issues. When I call customer support they are extremely rude. Each individual I speak to gives me a different answer. They are unprofessional, rude, and lack expertise. The equipment arrives in poor condition and faulty. It is not worth the headache and stress.

Located in a convenient spot right next to Longueuil metro station. Staffs were helpful. Hardware exchange became easy.Technical support was knowledgeable. The team did multiple follow-ups to ensure the issue became rectified.Their price is competitive too, considering the price remains the same for years. Highly recommended.My customer code is LHS4

Worst customer service of my life. First, customer service told me I had to contact tech support, then I was sent to customer service, who then tried to tell me it was a tech issue. I was blamed for not setting up a time and date for a technician to come, then told I had when I hadn't, then told it was my fault for not asking, then put on hold 3 or 4 times in the process of cancelling the service. Once was just so the rep could return and argue with me about the service start date when I had already requested to cancel, the second was to inform me I had to drop the equipment off even though I had already requested someone come to pick it up. I had to ask again for that option because he didn't offer it initially, so he put me on hold again. Then, when I did receive the return slip, I was expected to print it off and either mail it myself or drop it off in person, otherwise they would bill me the total cost of the modem and router and wouldn't receive the refund for 2-6 weeks from when they received it. The rep I spoke to continuously interrupted me, spoke over me, argued with me (literally put me on hold for 10 minutes after requesting a cancellation of services just to argue with me about the technician arrival date, which I never selected), refused to provide any kind of client ID or form of identification so I could complain. I've now been on this call for over an hour and still going. Avoid like the plague, I've never experienced such awful customer service. Go with Oxio, they're so much better and actually helpful in the event you ever have any issues (which you won't, they're fantastic) and affordable.Update: when I asked for the rep's badge number, he refused, then put me on hold, then hung up on me when I asked to file a complaint.UPDATE AGAIN: attempted to contact customer service again after being hung up on to file a complaint, agent left the chat when I requested to be transferred to complaint support. I've never been more disgusted with a company in my life, oh my goodness.

Great Price. they even adjust my price down from $70 to $55 after a month into the contract as I had noticed the price drop online. 20 minutes chat with an agent online and it was done! they even bumped up my speed to a full 1G from my initial 500M. Amazing! i have never seen this before!

Ever since they were bought by bell the service level has diminished. At night there are speed drops, the new bell modem also has issues. I feel like I’ve been downgraded.Bell technicians are quality professionals.The email support is okay as well. Response times and resolution are within the week.

I haven’t had internet for 3 days and they are completely incapable of giving me an eta. The problem is both Enid and bell so for your own sanity you might really avoid using any company that is owned or connected to bell. Avoid at any cost !

The Cable-Technology works great. Fast and reliable. A bit sad that a few ports are blocked on the EBOX side. Before 2023. the price was acceptable. Lately price was rose (without consent and notice) less interesting. Customer service was great for 10+ years. Since 2023-01 client service is down, ebox called more than 10 times to move to FIBE, sorry, BELL is not an option. Price was agreed to be adjusted back to what it was, agreement was not respected, price is playing yo-yo.

The customer service of this company it’s equal 0. They charge me 2 times for the service that finally I couldn’t have it with them because there’s no signal in my house and now it’s taking them 4 to 6 weeks to refund me. Called them 5 weeks later to ask what is going on and they’re answering my account was just closed and from now on it’s going to take another 4 to 6 weeks.Nice service!!!
