Khalsa Bakery

My family and I love the cakes from Khalsa Bakery, as we've been getting them for over 20 years! Our favourite are the fruit cakes but we have also enjoyed their cupcakes, cookies, and carrot muffins. They're always fresh and the cake tastes so good even after a day or so in the fridge. Khalsa bakery has been a go to for my family as well as my cousin's families.

Ordered a unicorn cake for my nieces birthday and this is what they gave us and we’re being charged $65 for this. The cake we selected was from their own book of cakes. Cake order was placed for 3 PM and was not ready until 4:45 PM and when we did arrive to pick it up we were rushed out she stated she needs to leave because the store is closing so either we could take the cake or not and we were rushed out. Thanks for ruining a five-year-old’s birthday! During times like these a cake is the only thing a child looks forward to when you can’t have family and friends over. We ordered a fruit cake from them two years ago for my nieces birthday at the gurdwara and they miss spelt the name and birthday. Two strikes for us and we will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Been comming here for years, mind you only for one thing, birds nest cookies! They are so delicious, best I ever had. Thanks guys for keeping a smile on my face every time I get a chance to enjoy one.

This was our first visit ro this bakery. Their selection of cookies and baked goods was wonderful and numerous. We sampled a few flavours and the lady helping us was very knowledgable about the ingredients and process. We will definitely be back and buy these delicious and yet healthy cookies again. It is good to support such nice people doing good things.

Ordered Paw Patrol cake. Went to pickup and she said she didn't make the cake, the person who did just made a regular cake and it's now my problem. They weren't even willing to write the name on the cake, it took 10minutes of convincing for her to even write the name.Do not order anything from here, you will not receive what you order.

Worst cake ever i eat in Canada. Bread looks like few months old. Worst experience.

Best Fruit Cake in BC! This is the go to place for our family when we want fruit cake. Not once have we had a bad experience in the past 5 years. We have had family/friends that did not like fruit cakes prior to trying it from Khalsa Bakery and they have become fans after trying it from here. The Cupcakes are also great. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

I have come to this bakery for birthday cakes for years. The cakes are very tasty but they lack creativity in cake design. Any design outside of fruit, flowers, or frills they will not do a good job.I go to a new bakery now because I am tired of seeing the same style of cakes. Dhaliwal Bakery creates just as tasty cakes with BEAUTIFUL designs & for much cheaper.
