This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any Apple service provider. The service was quick, well organized, and an overall great experience. My MacBook Pro was serviced and returned to me within no time and in impeccable condition. I am truly impressed by the incredible job being done by Cristian Sanchez and his team at Bluetech. Asked them what’s wrong with my phone and they didn’t knew. Apparently, all they had to do is open the SIM card slot on the iPhone and check the color of a dot. If the dot was red (which was my case), the phone got water damage and if it’s white, the iPhone isn’t damaged by water. They couldn’t even do this simple task. Bad service and long waiting period for nothing.

A friend recommended Bluetech to me for an Apple product repair. Great recommendation! They are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. One can reserve appointments too. In 24 hours, my iMac was like new. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with an Apple product.

Best computer service I have known!!! I went in with my 2015 MacBook Air who shut down very suddenly, in the midst of doing school and work from home. They were able to diagnose my problem and have everything fixed under a week's notice! Absolutely incredible, super nice people who are willing to help with everything.Would definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Fantastic service! Brought in my MacBook Pro 2017 to get the keyboard fixed and the repairs were very speedy and done super well.
