Walmart Supercentre

Went twice to pick up one order. They said if I wasn't going to pick up the part of the order that was in they were going to send it back. 3 days later got the rest. Went there twice! Wasted gas. No more shopping at Wal-Mart for me

The entire staff I encountered were smiling and very cheerful. They all took the time to discuss products and best values. Every single one of them knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. What a great experience

This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had , I went to the Walmart in centrum and needed to buy bounty paper towel which was 18.84 I put them in my cart realized they don't have milk and ended up not buying them, I made my way over to this Walmart location as it is on my way home , got all the items in my cart the paper towel / milk / printer paper and some corn , I get to the cash the price comes up at 23 something , asked the person at front for assistance he asked a cpl of other employees it took a total of around 10 mins for them to come back and show me that the Walmart flyer had it listed at 22 something (so even that price didn't come up when I rang them through) , I then said once again they are 18 something that's what they are priced at and that's what it was at the other Walmart aswell , another 5 mins they came back with pictures taken off a cellphone showing me two prices one of 18 something and one of 23 something and informed me that the item was misplaced (wasn't the only one misplaced even in their picture there was 4 other packs sitting there so I told them well it was there and there are still 4 more according to your picture , they then said well that's the price I got frustrated and said even the other Walmart has them at the same price , they asked me to wait again took another 5-10 mins I got frustrated grabbed the pack paid the price it scanned at which was 23 something and as I was walking out the manager" came up to ask me what was going on

The worst Walmart store in terms of customer service. Completely different from the other locations in Ottawa. Management need to look into this. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the friendly pharmacy staff.

Waited over an hour for an e-commerce delivery order. Unacceptable. Called more than once and every time told me they were coming out when they weren’t. Get organized it looks bad when you cannot stay on top of your orders.

The location is really good. It is spacious, and clean. The produce is not always fresh and kind of in worse quality than other grocery stores. Saad and Laurie (CSMs) are just great, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Some of the other employees should get some customer service tips from them. It is nice that this location has a Tim Horton's in it.

Seriously they don't pay us for doing our hope shopping payment they have open only one counter long lines up customer service said they don't have employees

I believe that this is the biggest Walmart in Ottawa. It has a large selection of products and carries some brands that other Walmarts in Ottawa do not carry. This location has groceries.There is also a McDonald’s and Tim Hortons located inside.Customer service was excellent.

Nice location when plenty of parking. Good selection of groceries and really good prices of some items.
