Went in other day , had a young girl help me . She was more focused on what she was texting on her phone rather then help me out . Left went to Best Buy and got a better deal . Been with Telus for years but I try to stay away from the Telus stores

It’s honestly too bad I can’t rate it lower.I went to this location today and was treated awful. I had the person tell me that “If you chose that option, that is just stupid”. When I didn’t understand something I asked her if she could explain it again, and her comment was “why, it’s self explanatory. If you don’t understand it, go online and read it”Went across the road to the D2 Telus location and they were wonderful. They could teach your associates a few things.

Purchased a faulty phone from Telus. Called corporate and was set up with plans to receive a new one. Plans were canceled (corporate issue) and was told to go to local store. Visited this location and was treated awfully by staff with no concern and completely blew me off. Was going to cancel with Telus completely until I later went to another Telus location and issue was fixed swiftly. Staff and manager here are rude and lazy" (said by other Telus). Don't waste your time at this location."

Store was fun, the staff is friendly, but it took almost 2 hours to complete 2 hardware upgrades. We actually had to leave and come back.

Waited for over 40 minutes for service. I understand cellphone activations take some time so that part was ok. What wasn’t ok was helping the customer who can in maybe 30 minutes after us. Not cool. Would never recommend this location to anyone based of this experience

The reason i did one is because it would not let me put no stars...went to store at mall..last time..5 staff members in there too busy looking at their personal cell phones..one guy got up and basically told my husband to call telus direct for better deal..may have to switch to another provider
