Came in today with difficult requests and the two ladies working literally helped me for probably 2 hours straight and were so nice and understanding the whole time. As someone with social anxiety, having employees help is sometimes an awful experience but I was super comfortable the whole time.

I bought a $200 swimsuit 10 days ago, it had no price tag when I bought it, and it dropped $100 10 days later. I think that's when there was a problem. It was so unpleasant. If you want to buy clothes from this store, please seriously consider.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Three employees talking to each other. No one else in the store and not one of them could break to ask us if we needed any help. Every single store we walk into someone greets us. The price of the bathing suits I would expect better service.

Bikini Village St. Vital Centre
On June.24 we went there to buy a swimsuit, the lady that we had was super helpful, and offered to help us find a good swimsuit. She helped us save 90$ and offered us “under 14 years tax one tax.” She was very helpful, cheerful, and helped us find the perfect swimsuit!

My girl and I went there today and bought a bikini swimming suit.. It was just a simple shopping.. But one of the clerks was kind of weird and showed me a cold face all the time.. I don't understand.. Do I owe you money?
