Great experience! They took such good care of our dog, and gave him a great haircut. You can tell they genuinely care about what they’re doing. We will definitely take our dog back.

They really do go above and beyond for customer service. I needed to get in urgently , however nothing in my schedule worked with hers, so she will be coming in on a saturday for me(even though they dont usually work Saturdays, AND she already had other plans!). 100% reccomend, always a very nice job on the grooming as well!

Walked in while they were finishing up with my dog’s grooming just to see how poorly they were treating the dogs. They would use my dogs ears as leverage to yank her around. Coming home my dog is so scared and timid. Don’t go here!!!!

My dog's fur looked great, but he was terrified of everything for awhile after. The facility did not look good. Plastic dog kennels stacked on top of each other with dogs in them, it's a small and cramped space. The owner was yelling at the whining dogs. I'm on the fence about this place.

Irene and Bruce have taken very good care of my dogs for well over three years. Very fortunate to no longer drive from Calgary to get this amazing service.

Consistently good washes and grooming for our two PomChis. We love the little bows that they get! The price and service for toenail clipping and wash are a very good value. Book at least 3 days in advance for best times.

I was horrified when I walked into this salon off thw street. Inside the man working was yelling at a small terrier to stop moving and was viciously jerking his leg around while trying to trim his fur, all the while yelling at the dog to “stop moving”. My sister and I were absolutely sickened at this obvious abuse and when questioned the man working claimed it was his own dog. If that’s how the employees of this business treat their own animals I will definitely never be taking my dog there. I am beyond upset for this poor dog who had to endure this abuse. If anyone had their terrier at this salon at 4:35 on Monday March 11th I would highly reccomend getting a new groomer.

Been there before and service and prices were great. Today the location was empty but he wouldn’t clip my two dogs nails because we didn’t need a full groom for them. It would have been $40 for 10 minutes of work and instead he turned us away. Try to support local and this happens.

We went to Irene’s for the first time and they were so friendly!!!! They were so kind to us and our dog! They did the exact hair cut I told them I wanted and did an excellent job! We will continue to come here for our dog grooming needs!
