Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, presentable, and affordable. This man does great work! Last weekend our hot water tank finally died and he replaced it for us 5 days later. We are very pleased and fortunate he answered our call.I highly recommend Faithful Plumbing.

Wendell returned my call for gas furnace, fireplace and water heater maintenance in short order; despite their heavy workload with the Fortis rebate closure pending, Wendell had me booked within three business days.Sam Tsai, attended and proved to be an expert technician. The fireplace is an older European model (DRU); the pilot light's thermo-couple unit disintegrated on cleaning. Sam recreated the part, avoiding having to order the likely obsolete part, and had the fireplace up and running in time for the holiday season. It looks great!Both Wendell and Sam were friendly, courteous and professional. They were respectful of my home and did a spotless cleanup.I highly recommend Faithful Plumbing and Heating!

We called Faithful Plumbing to diagnose and repair our electric furnace. We live in Tofino which is a three hour round trip from Port Alberni for the service man. Wendel was prompt on both occasions. First to check out the unit and then a week later returned with the parts and installed them. The furnace is working as it should again and we must say the bill was a whole lot less than what we expected. A great experience and we would recommend Faithful Plumbing to anyone.

I requested a quote Nov 3 for either a furnace replacement (from Propane to LNG) or Heat Pump (from Propane to Heat Pump). Called Nov 12 as I didn't receive an email reply.When I called in he told me he would not do a quote, as I was also requesting competitor quotes.Disappointed, as these reviews indicated this could have been a good place to go for the furnace replacement / upgrade.
