The UPS Store

This was my first time coming here since I live in Beaumont and usually go to Leduc. When I went in I told the lady I had 6 boxes for drop off and she would let me drop them off. She said their limit was 5. Not even a one time exception. I will never use this location for anything.

I had some issues tracking two packages that were shipped out by UPS and I contacted this location thinking this was where they were dropped off. Unfortunately for me I had the wrong UPS store, however Veronica (sorry if I misheard your name!) went above and beyond to try and assist me, even locating the postal code for the correct UPS location. I now wish the two packages had been dropped off here instead as the customer service is A+ and I probably wouldn't be dealing with missing parcels if they went to this location!

The owner Chris provides great customer service, super helpful and frequently. The Asian women, oh my! She does not. She is very rude and inconsiderate. She is super confrontational, inconsiderate, and treats customers poorly.On top of this this lost my package and now Amazon won’t reimburse me. So unfortunate.

I've had a package that was supposed be delivered 2 days ago, I left my info with UPS to call upon arrival. Driver didn't call after I was told by the agent that the package would be there within a couple hours. I call back the next day only to find out they didn't put the information into the system like they were supposed to. So when my delivery came the driver did the same thing went to the back door and left another note, didn't even try to go to the front or to even call me. They have been giving g me the bloody run around since yesterday and my package is over a 200$. Worst delivery company to ever exist and Custer service is just as bad half of them don't communicate and the other half do put info in like they are supposed to! Strongly suggest using someone else as UPS will do anything to not do the job to the full extent! If I had the option to leave 0 stars I would! Worst company ever also where my stuff you bunch of clowns!

Thanks to this store, I will never have to deal with UPS again. Why? Comments with 1 star describe everything. Terrible customer service. This store is one of those rare pearls" that deserve a negative rating."

Wow, you do not need to spend a lot of money for travel any more. If you want to be treated like dirt you could just visit one of UPS store locations. You will feel exotics with the benefit of being treated worse then at the low end spice market of Indian slums and a small dude the size of a 12 year old. The worse one of all is the one located at the south side on the 28 Th ave. If you were planning on travelling, but want to save go there and save. I can guarantee you will be treated like dirt. Enjoy.

If you are doing a return or an RMA don't go here. If you have a box greater than 3 ft in any direction that your Asian grandmother could not pick up, don't go here. If you want to burn up your limited existence on this planet endlessly scheduling pickups which will never happen, use this carrier.

Very helpful staff. Will experience on their job. Gave me great advice on international shipping and saved me lots of time and money.

Visited the store today to ship a return to Amazon. I showed the young Asian lady the Tracking/Shipping label on my phone and she would not print it unless I paid a $3.00 fee. Really??I left with the package and went to the UPS store at 66st. and 28ave. where the gentleman there printed at no charge.What does that tell you about the service at the 99st store?I now where I will be going from now on.

What an amazing experience! Chris and Veronica went over and above to ensure all of our packages were handled with care and reaching the correct destination. Chris was incredibly responsive, kind and professional. I was truly impressed and would go out of my way to ship with this store again!
