We had to leave our condo in mid-January (2017) as a result of two floods that occurred within a few days of each other. Seven other condo units were also evacuated and the damage was extensive to more than half these units. Water poured down the hallways and thru the ceilings. Walls, flooring, ceilings had to be removed - it was an unbelievable mess. We moved to a hotel.Having never had a similar experience we had no idea how the process of restoration would work...or not work and quickly found that in spite of what seemed to us to be an untenable situation, no one else seemed particularly concerned. Months went by before any substantial work was done, and that was when Dave and Victoria got the contract. From that point on things moved very quickly and efficiently. They took the time to check in with us on a regular basis, keep us posted on any delays and ensure that they were not overlooking anything that needed to be done. They were patient, supportive and went out of their way to get us back into our home as quickly as possible - very important to a Senior couple with a Senior blind dog.I can't begin to say how much we appreciated their efforts, the many extra hours they put in and the courtesey they treated us with. If it hadn't been for their effort we woul still be living in a hotel instead of a beautifully finished - almost like brand new - home. We can unconditionally recommend SafeSite and Dave and Victoria - you will be glad you choose them.

We are doing a Reno in our home, Safesite did the abatement and any remaining demo. Fast , clean , efficient, really can't say enough on how happy I am with their service and there staff. Fair pricing and very professional. The owners Dave & Victoria really care about their clients, my wife and I really felt looked after. Safesite gets my full recommendation! Kevin K

Do not use this company ever! They are the worst reno & restoration company. They have no reliable trades & resort to nonprofessionals. Quality of work is terrible & the work site is kept in deplorable condition. Can't say enough bad about them.
