Molly Maid Vancouver North Shore

This company deserves zero stars. Once of the worst cleaning experiences of my life. They were late and left early and did one of the poorest jobs of cleaning I have ever seen in my life. They were so sloppy they even left some of their cleaning supplies behind. I asked to speak to the manager and was promised this would happen the next day and this never happened. I was only given 20 dollars off when it was not even worth 20 dollars! Never will I use their services again and I do not recommend anyone else use them either.

Molly maid was recommended to me by a friend, I read the reviews and decided to call. I got a last minute move out clean which was nice they could accommodate on short notice but the clean wasn’t great. The floor looked worst after they left and they skipped details listed on the website. I went through and cleaned it again myself. There was no effort put into the clean. I have a problem with how much paid given I had to clean it myself anyway but I would have had no problem paying more if they had taken their time, and did the service I asked for. Nor were they friendly, no hello, no smile. Just “what are we here for”

My elderly father had an accident 3 months ago and had contacted me looking for a cleaning service as he was unable to clean due to surgery.Being in a different province, i researched a few different companies in Vancouver and ended up selecting MM as our cleaner. After i talked to the owner and asked a couple of questions (work and review related) he assured me that his insured and bonded team would take care of my dad.When i went to visit my father last week, the MM team was there to do the scheduled biweekly cleaning. I had a short and brief conversation with the team and they answered all my questions.My dad never complained since we contracted MM and i was finally able to see their service in action when visiting. They left such a good impression in my books that I've contacted my local MM to service my house.Thanks to the MM North Vancouver Team!

Used them for a last minute clean for a family friends Airbnb - very satisfied with the service. They did a thorough cleaning job and a couple of particular tasks which was requested.

No wonder why my family's house is so clean! I stayed with them during my visit and saw that they were cheating by using this service.They were so professional and well well done, they made everything seem like I was in a hotel - even the toilet paper was folded into a cute design!If I ever decide to move here, I'm calling Molly Maid

I would like to share that over a year ago, I had an unpleasant experience with Molly Maid whereby I was overcharged for a basic cleaning service. When I called the manager to report my experience, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I was essentially obligated to pay for the cleaning service that was almost twice the amount that I was quoted.Today, I received a phone call from the same manager who apologized about the experience I had, and he was very understanding and supportive of my stance as a customer. I was reimbursed the extra cost that I had incurred, and am most appreciative of this gesture.Molly Maid has always provided exceptional customer service, with a great crew of individuals who value and respect the needs of their clients, and I am delighted once again, to recommend this company as being the top cleaning services that I have encountered. Kudos and bravo!!

I hire Molly Maid to do a move out clean for my client. They did an exceptional job, they cleaned every crack and crevice. Both I and my client was very with their service. I will continue to use them from now on. Thank you Molly Maid!

Molly Maid clean my office in West Vancouver. We used to have a private cleaner but they didn't meet our expectation. One of our client introduced Molly Maid to us, and it been amazing so far. I used Molly Maid, and I couldn't tell you about a better service! The customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions and were prompt + punctual. Highly recommended for anyone who needs help around the house!

So disappointing, went with what I thought the most reputable cleaning company, did not realize it was a franchise. Booked 2 hours to do a move out clean. I had done the fridge and all of the vacuuming, pretreated the oven. All that was left to do was wipe down surfaces, wash a very small area of flooring, window sills and baseheaters. When I returned at the 2hour mark the 2 cleaners were packed up and already waiting outside of my townhouse. $375 + taxes for 2 hours! Who knows how long they had not been cleaning? Why were they packed up and leaving when the 2 hour mark was just hit. No baseboards or window sills done? Closet at the front that had the washer and dryer had not even been opened. I got a 10 minute credit and cleaned myself. Save your hard earned money, steer clear of this franchisee. Nice enough ladies, I even bought them a latte but when I have a job that I am being paid to do on an hourly basis, I would be sure to work for the duration of the time I am being paid for!!Still no resolution a month later! Said that they would call me back, silence. Not good.
