Extremely happy with my order. I ordered 3 items and was worried they'd be somewhat damaged during shipping. Not only did I get what I expected, the folks at Nice Car packed it really well and wrapped it with fragile tape on the outside. I highly recommend them, and will shop here again.

I ordered a model on Friday morning and it arrived in perfect condition Monday at lunch time at my Hamilton, Ontario residence. The packing was excellent and the model in perfect condition. I must also mention that the price was much better here than Mint Models in the USA. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I wish the rating I gave could be even higher than 5 stars.

Great customer service, asked for specific pictures of in shop cars and responded quickly. Inspected my model car order before shipping found a defect offered to ship another one right away and I received it quickly and in good shape. Refund for the difference of cars was issued fairly quickly as well. Overall great experience and customer service and a great looking model car.

Jeff has always answered emails helpfully, and when I've had an issue with something they really did go above and beyond my expectations to help. I bought an Auto world 1:18 where the hood wouldn’t close properly. I discussed this situation with them and with no issue they replaced the car with the good one. They even double checked before they shipped it out to see if everything closed and opened properly. This is customer service!! And their inventory when I visited is awesome!! Great team Nicecar!

I am a huge diecast car collector. This company has the best selection and prices in North America. I know this because I look for cars everywhere. They don't charge a lot to ship the product and they often have promotions thar offer free shipping. Just ask for Jeff, I like that he responds to inquires and is there to help.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with this place! I placed my order on the phone (I live in Alberta) and they were incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I ws told it wouldn't be here until a week after my purchase however it arrived even sooner than expected in perfect condition. Amazing customer service and product!
