Do not EVER hire Lealand Contracting. Jerry will take deposits from you and spend it on his OWN bills, then will not finish the jobs, or finish them so poorly you’ll have 20,000 dollars worth of repairs to fix his work. He will then try and charge more money to “fix” his own work.Do not trust this man around any of your job sites or equipment. We are currently trying to locate 110,000 dollars of stolen equipment he is holding from us to extort us for more money.This man and his company will have yet ANOTHER law suit coming his way.

We hired Jerry to carry out renovations on our ensuite, main bathroom and replace the flooring in our laundry room. NEVER EVER use this company. Just moved to Chemainus and while doing research of who to use for a couple of projects. This guy is in like four different lawsuits, sounds like drugs to me. Do your research folks! Just ask around, thanks to the honesty of a few neighbours it sounds like i’ll Be saving a ton of moolah!Edit: just ask the tradesmen too! See if they ever got paid!

Jerry's team did a great job on our rear deck, which sits on top of a double garage. Leaking badly, they stripped off the concrete and laid a new cedar deck, sealing it at the same time! They also rebuilt our side staircase and front porch after discovering poor workmanship from a previous contractor. I highly recommend Lealand Contracting for your next home project.
