My parents came to this location to get assistance with their home internet. Workers were extremely rude, asking my parents questions that were personal and unrelated. When my dad told the man that he was “a little aggressive” he stated that “you don’t know how aggressive I can be”. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

First of all let me say that I pre- gamed my purchase by calling ahead and I wasn’t disappointed. Nilandan had the phone I wanted at the price I needed!Drove to the booth and meet both Nilandan and Kyle.Can’t explain how helpful they are. Lots of laughs and good vibes. These two guys are definitely exemplifying what the Virgin brand is all about. Richard Brandson would be proud.

Got two new phones (Best Buy open box) and wanted to take advantage of the amazing promotion for new activations going on. Aaron was very helpful getting us set up with a new account and two lines. Absolutely no difficulties and everyone at the kiosk was very helpful.

My mom had her phone stolen today, and the team at Virgin, specifically Trev, were amazing! Trev was there for us. He was patient, kind and very caring. Thank you Trev for everything. You made my mom and I feel so much better about the whole situation. 5 stars is not enough. Would give more stars if available!

Trev at virgin mobile is a very nice helping man who knows his job and helps any way he can. The other employees who I delt with on multiple occasions didn’t care about my needs and just told me to call customer support and turned their backs on me. I’m very disappointed with the disrespect and neglect for the customer with them. Whenever going to this store ask for trev to get any of your needs delt with.

I have been with this company for many years but I’m going to cancel and go with a different company it’s to expensive now and there are better options out there and Cheaper. Don’t get your phone stolen or lost because they don’t care you have to pay full price for a new one you don’t get a discount even if you have been with the company for years no customer appreciation with this place.

Spent many hours on the phone with customer service trying to make changes to my account and failed. A 10 minute visit to Trev at this location took care of all my issues. I highly recommend this location for all your mobile phone requirements.

Abdul helped me and my husband get a plan, he was very knowledgeable, very polite, and helpful. I was just getting a plan for my husband but ended up switching my service to Virgin mobile as well! The agent was amazing and I 100% recommend anyone to go see him as he would give them the best deal to what Thier needs are! Thank you Abdul
