First time customer here!!!I went in for my appointment July 17, 2021. I can't believe I missed this hidden jem. From the time I walked through the door the service has been great.Upon entry you have to sanitize & get your temperature checked. Everyone wears masks, socially distanced & everything is constantly sanitized (chairs, equipment etc).I was blessed enough to have Janice (the owner) do my hair. The whole process took two hours (which is great) & it wasn't rushed. Nice ongoing conversations with everyone in the store (thankfully not forced).When Janice was done...I literally cried with happiness (that's never happened to me before). I was so happy, I couldn't stop looking in the mirror & taking pics lol.I can now proudly say I will be a customer for life!!! I can't wait for my next trip.

Staff is amazing and they are so eager to help solve beauty concerns. My go to spa for hair washing when my loc's become unmanageable, they do a deep cleanse and address my concerns. I've brought my husband and he was happy with his wash as well.

Janice bless up for keeping your business so strong and up to date. Hairdressers are respectful, store is clean, Customer friendly with reasonable prices and an extremely knowledgeable owner. Found Just J beauty in the mids of moving from Brampton to Toronto and I had to stop doing my hair myself. Bomb service ! You get your money worth...

Janice the owner is very professional, courteous and understanding. You can tell she knows her craft well. All the other hairdressers there are great and you can feel that they all love their jobs there...they are like family. I've been looking for a good hair salon for so long and now I've found the best one!

Took my son to get his hair braided. The staff was very nice and the shop was neat, clean and welcoming. I prewashed my son's hair not knowing what to expect but it is a full service salon. Wash, set, style, Braids etc. His very classic cornrows cost $70 I'm glad I did wash his hair though because it possibly could have been more. I was happy my son no longer had an unruly head but I was told by many the price seemed high. Being unfamiliar with the market these days I can honestly say I don't know. So you be the judge on price. Both me and my son enjoyed the experience. And it was a job well done. The style lasted about a month as we really took good care of it day to day for the best bang for my bucks.

Love love love this place! I have been coming here fofor years and the Salon just keeps getting better! The upgrades show from the the moment you walk In! The owner of ththe salon is very accommodating as I live out of town (an hour away and still choose to come here). I always leave looking and and feeling fabolous!Keep it up ladies!!!

This is my son’s second time going in for a wash and retwist for his new locks and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Very professional, affordable and consistently on time with amazing results.

I've been going to Just J for years and have never gone anywhere else. Janice is so accommodating and the quality of work is great. She knows my hair type and the appropriately products to use. I've already recommended this salon to family and friends.

I am always amazed by the professionalism executed by the staff. They really know how to make a lady shine. I love the fact they also give you the option of purchasing hair from them. It really takes the hassle out of knowing which hair to purchase. Prices are extremely reasonable. I am always happy when I leave the salon!
